địa diểm tuyệt vời nhưng tiện nghi quá tồi! ( vòi nước thủng, ngẹt.. quạt gió thì sắp rơi xuống đất, tủ lạnh thì là vật phế thải!..) Khách ko đến lần 2 cho dù dù giá rẻ! KS chỉ cần nhửng sửa chửa nhỏ thì tôi nghỉ là phòng sẽ bán hết 100% . Xem tiếp

Nộp thêm tiền để nhận hóa đơn VAT, nhân viên báo sẽ gửi hóa đơn điện tử qua email. Gọi điện nhiều lần, nhân viên đều hứa sẽ xử lý và gửi lại nhưng đều không có thông tin. Xin cả số điện thoại hẹn gọi lại nhưng cũng mất tăm. Thất vọng! Xem tiếp

Really recommended Staff so friendly and helpful. will stay there if i go there. and ben than not so far..just walking 200meter to go malaysian street n benthan. it really convenience hotel to stay. they also have wrapping service. The Hong Vina Ben Thanh Hotel is our best choice! Location near Benthan Market, War Remnant Museum , the Palace, Post office, Notre Dame Church , i will say perfectly fit our budget! Nice breakfast and superved service. If there will be next family tour will consider this place. Thank you so much for all the staff we could say wonderful service and happy heart even we arrived late no worries and they are waiting for us even our flight delayed the airport transafer and hotel transfer we booked with them too. I have booked this hotel on 23-27 Mar 19 and requested to late check-in . I did notify the hotel twice through Agoda apps and received the acknowledgement from the hotel. Upon arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in, the staff said that I have cancel the booking which I didn't. The staff can't speak English hence I need to call Agoda to check on my booking. Agoda confirmed that my booking is still valid. Due to language barrier, we can't find solution and have to book other hotel. Do not booking this hotel and would not recommend this hotel others. We are perfectly satisfied with what we got - clean rooms, hot shower, friendly staff, good simple breakfast (fried\scrambled eggs with yummy vietnamese bread, good coffee and fruit, plus local dishes) and best of all, central location. The room is big for 5 of us. It is close to Ben Thanh market and lots of eateries around. Overall is good if you need a central hotel to sleep at affordable price. Xem tiếp

It is a clean and big hotel. They start to offer breakfast from 8-10 am, with some eggs, french bread, fruits, cereals, coffee and milk. However, it is quite noisy when other guesses open their door, and I was be waken up by crow in early morning. My suggestion? bring earplugs! Xem tiếp

We can not stay at this hotel because it is not acceptable to live in. The building is too old. Room had a bad smell of mold, they tried to use the room airfreshener to cover that bad smell. The staff tried to show us some other room to exchange for our fist room, but they were all the same. We had to leave and asked for money back, but they said because Agoda was the one who take our money, so they had nothing to deal with us. What the bad experience, and I hope that Agoda will step in and, at least, give us the voucher for next time used, if not, I can not believe in and make any other deal with Agoda in the future.
