actually its more like a airbnb. entrance is through a shop front (selling healthcare stuff, so look out for a shop if this is your first time there). There is no staff around once the shop is closed for the night (or early in the morning when there is nobody in the shop). Check-out just hand the key to the stuff running the shop. So if you are looking for a hotel, its not quite a hotel (operational wise). Xem tiếp

I was super excited when booking the room from Agoda. When checking in, I was not happy that my room has upgraded to a bigger size but not the style what I expected. However, the clerk was very nice and patient to explain the reason when I complained to them. And the upgraded room turned out to be a very very nice stay experience. - Specious room - Quick dry hair dryer - Quiet environment - Near by shopping malls, markets and restaurants. - Able to use kitchen - Reasonable price - Comfy bed Sorry for the bad temper at the beginning, but thanks for the friendly service and will come back for sure also recommend it to others. While trying to decide on a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City I was a bit skeptical after seeing all of the 10 out of 10 reviews. However, after staying at Jack Apartment I can say for me it was also a 10 out of 10, and here is why. I like District 7, it's quite, newer construction, large variety of food & shopping within walking distance, and still within a short distance of many places many travelers will want to go/see in District 1 ($1-10 USD Grab taxi or motorbike). The room was exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, new, clean and well kept. The internet worked great, comfortable bed, the flat-screen TV had an Android TV attached, the bathroom had a bathtub, and the kitchen was a nice plus. The staff cleaned the room daily, provided 2 fresh waters/day, along with fresh towels, and did our laundry. The staff was friendly & helpful. Jack Apartment exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, or recommend to a friend. Xem tiếp

Friendly staff, they speak english, very comfortable beds, safe in the room, so everything you need if you stay in Phu My Hung! We came from Saigon by night hotel, which was a disaster, so I can highly recommend this place in the region. Xem tiếp

We stayed here for two nights. We choose this hotel based on the reviews , and we were not disappointed. The staff are very helpful and informative, and so are the owners - and so nice to actually meet the owners, who took the time to tell us about the city and the area, which you don't often do in hotels :-). We were provided with maps, and details of which buses to take into the city centre. This hotel is 7km out of the city, but if you prefer some piece and quiet (in a very safe area), still with plenty of options when it comes to food and drink, then this is the place. A taxi is around 150.000 VND from the city, so it's still feasible to get there this way - if you don't fancy the bus. We'd recommend taking the bus though (6.000 VND) if not for the price, then the experience. The rooms are nice (very comfy bed),Highly recommend this place :-) Xem tiếp

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for 2 nights before going back home. Mr. Jack and the other staff were very helpful in showing us how to use the public transportation. This hotel is in Phu My Hung which is a new village with very good restaurants, massage and shops. We were able to walk at night and had the pleasure to check in a lot of restaurants without having some safety issues. The place has CCTV everywhere and there are only 2 taxis that are allowed to enter the area ( Main Linh and Vinasun). Also, we don't have to worry about motor bikes because there are only a few of those in the vicinity. The bus station is only few minutes walk from the hotel and its only 15,000 Dong/person to downtown. Taxi can be up to 150,000 dong if coming from downtown. So, just take the bus and experience the trip with the locals if you have enough time. It is 45 min to 1 hr going to the airport because of the traffic. The stay in this hotel is wonderful! We felt very at home with our room. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Saigon. Mr. Jack went out of his way to talk to us and gave us maps, directions, informations of the tourist spots etc. Those were very helpful as we explore the city. Thank you very much Jack Apartment. We arrived late around 2:00 AM in the morning, the staff was very welcome and offer us free upgrade. Room was so big and very nice decor. There are a lot of restaurants around this place, and most of people in this area is Korean and Japanese, enjoy fresh air and I think only this area can offer fresh air compare to busy traffic in other place in Ho Chi Minh City. Close to my work business trip to SECC,nice staff, they offer laundry for free,the room was so big 47 sqm, many restaurant near by, staff very helpful to help me order an Uber taxi, I will come back for my next trip. Xem tiếp
