The staff is super friendly. The place is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable and the breakfasts are really good. I love the fresh squeezed lemonade and passion fruit. My fiancé and I stayed for 2 weeks and we didn’t wanna leave the room because of how calm and beautiful the view was. Definitely worth the money. Xem tiếp

The room was clean and well kept. A nice little balcony area that was quite nice and the mattress was softer than any of the others I’ve slept on in Vietnam. I did have some bugs come into my room but that is inevitable I suppose. I would recommend staying there. Xem tiếp

Small hotel with the pool. Can walk to the Old Town in 15 minutes and cycle to the beach in 15 minutes as well. Great shower, comfortable beds. Superb stay for a few nights. Got laundry done within 24 hours. They have free bikes to be used as well. Xem tiếp

On the edge of town, which makes it ~4km from the beach and about 1km from the main old quarter with all the cute cafes. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities you might expect (fridge, kettle, toiletries)... But it smelled musty and needed to be aired out. Bicycles on site for use, but this wasn't pointed out to me... The pool is there, but not so inviting. Pictures make it look like it's on a field, but it is compact, nestled in beside other buildings and you won't see the fields unless to have a balcony room or get on the bike! Staff was helpful/nice. We had a good 4-day stay at Iris Villa. This hotel is relatively new and it is well-maintained. It is located about a 15-minute walk from the more touristic parts of Hoi An, but it was an easy and pleasant walk. There are a couple of good restaurants along the same road as the hotel, such as Aubergine49, less than 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Staff performance was good and the free breakfast was on par with similarly-priced hotels we have visited in Vietnam. WiFi was strong and steady in our room. Our bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The hotel has several motorbikes and bicycles available for rent at reasonable prices. There are plenty of taxis available in Hoi An, which will charge you only about 15,000 dong (less than $1 USD) to go to central Hoi An. Be sure to carry lots of small bills (1000, 5000, 10000, 20000 dong) because some drivers may tell you they don't have proper change. Downtown Hoi An is an interesting area for walking and shopping, and there is plenty to do. But I also recommend a visit to the riverside area and/or beach area of Da Nang if you are looking for a bit more nightlife. Xem tiếp

자전거대여가가능하고 자물쇠도 함께대여가능. 자전거로 호이안구시가지까지 10분컷 이용가능. 1박가격이 저렴해서 가성비숙소 찾는다면 추천. 1층방 특성인지는 모르겠으나 침대에서 개미 1마리가 나왔고 수건에 약간의 얼룩이있었다. 벌레에 몹시 민감한편이라 잠을 깊게자기 어려웠다. 샤워기가 약간 부서져?있었다. 직원은 친절했고, 바로옆건물이 공사중인듯 했으나 취침시간부터 기상할때까지 소음은 전혀들리지않았다. 가성비가 중요하다면 나쁘지않음 Xem tiếp
