Situated in the heart of the Old Quarter the location is perfect. Simple, clean, safe, secure rooms. My room had a safe, hot water, A/C, 24 hr entry. James was a great host, spoke fluent English and helped with info, tours and airport transfer (even though I didn’t book it through the hotel). Reached the hotel at 6am but impressive Boutique have not receptionist and door are closed. At 8am only found out the receptionist are actually at impressive hotel just opposite of impressive Boutique hotel. Very confusing. But the supervisor is friendly they see us so tired so he temporarily arrange a room for us to rest. Appreciates that bit I would advise you to book impressive hotel but not impressive Boutique because one with lift and new and another one is old with stairs Xem tiếp

The good: location, very quiet, decent size room The no so good: no elevator, shower is barely adequate as the jets are extremely fine, first floor is rented to a nail shop hence some nail product fumes, no regular attending reception desk (you have to go the main sister hotel, Impressive Hotel across the street for urgent service) Xem tiếp

Located around 3 minutes walk to the old church and can find many local restaurants/ coffee shops around. Aircon not working so well but still ok. No elevator so for those who are carrying large luggage will be a bit troublesome. GF now is nail saloon so have to be careful not to walk pass by without noticing. Xem tiếp

we arrived at the hotel at midnight but the hotel staff greeted us by a smile and took a great care of us. Hotel breakfast was great coz there are many choices. This is the best breakfast i have ever had before among the hotels i have been before. Hotel’s location is incrediblely perfect. It’s very convenient for me and my friends to find good restaurants all very closed. Our room is quite big but very cosy during rainy days in Hanoi . The hotel manager called Zen helped us alot he even wnt out with us for a whole evening to showed us around the Hanoi Old Quarter!!! I will definitely be going back this hotel next year with my family. Thanks again all impressive boutique hotel staff. Xem tiếp

We used this hotel as a base point between tours starting in Hanoi. Stayed at both the Boutique, and it’s partner hotel across the street. Both equal in quality, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s location is prime, being a few steps from the Cathedral in the old quarter, and a short walk to the Lake. Lots of tour operators in the area, and many great restaurants to choose from. Breakfasts at the cafe were fresh and plentiful. All in all, it felt like we were coming home when we came back from a tour. Only difference between the two hotels were the stairs at the Boutique, which apparently they are going to remedy with the addition of an elevator this spring. I would definitely stay here again if I should be lucky enough to come back to Vietnam! Xem tiếp

The hotel is close to tourist attractions and famous restaurants and spas so you can walk there. It takes about two minutes on foot to St. Joseph's Cathedral. The hotel is not a new building, but it is clean. There was no elevator, but I didn't care. The employees are very kind and honest. I used airport pick-up service. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious, too. At night, there is a nice pub near the church where you can have cocktails outdoors. I was alone in this trip, but I really want to go with someone next time. Xem tiếp

Yes, they are worthy of its name: "Impressive"! Even days before I checked in, they answered all my inquiries in email. From the house keeping, reception, to the boss, they are all cordial, joyous, and helpful. The breakfast was superb, and the location perfect right in the bustling area, a stone throw from the Cathedral. The only flaw was, they put me in the 6th floor, without the elevator. I arrived in wee hours so tired that I had to climb up. It's not a matter of "good for exercise" which I had in plenty back home, but a case of inconvenience. Everytime I forgot something when I reached 3rd, 2nd, or ground floor, I had to climb back. But they were quick to rectify on the 3rd day, moved me to the 2nd floor. I will still patronize this hotel, but for a change, choose the one across the street, their sister hotel: The Impressive Hotel, with two elevators. Xem tiếp

The location is exactly where you want to be! Walking distance to everything, including the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake, as well as tons of cafes and food options around. The staff is so friendly and will do everything they can to make sure that you have a pleasant stay! I can't say enough about them. Breakfast is included and was very good, everything from pho to omelettes and lots of fresh fruit. Great value for the price. Will definitely stay here again! Xem tiếp

Very good hotel, located in the heart of the old district. Very welcome, and advice of the hotel for all your requests (before the stay, during, and even after). I recommend it for any first visit to Hanoi, as you will be well advised by the hotel for your visit of the city or the rest of your trip.
