NO sleep; their own little kids (a few family's are living in the rooms) keep you awake in the night or wake you up crying. Their kids try to open your rooms (many times). BAD administration, they have no overview what they are doing and start panicking about money. When we wanted to leave they tried to take the key out of our motorbike. They pushed my husband. They thought we did not pay the room. When we showed them we did, there was not even a sorry. We missed our tour because of their behaviour. Count two hours to check out. If you want a swimmingpool; please book another place; this hotel gives problems. Xem tiếp

We booked a triple room, even though there was only 2 of us, as we needed the extra space for a few days relaxation and recuperation. When we arrived, they would only give us a double room. They didn't understand that we had paid for a bigger room, just gave us the choice of a double or a twin. We gave up and took the tiny double room. The room was filthy, had a real damp smell, would not recommend. Had to walk through a maze to get there, and the light switches and power points were letting out blue sparks. No wifi, even though they had advertised in room wifi. Swimming pool was good after a long hot day sight seeing. Xem tiếp

Fairly hidden away down an alleyway so not easy to find. Room was not terribly clean and the towels were very smelly. Staff fairly cavalier about service. Lots of noise at night. No view from, or daylight my room at all although it had 2 windows ! The door to the bathroom was made of thin sheets of plastic and only had one hinge so did not close properly. Xem tiếp

hotel sympas et bien situer, ruelle calme... piscine agreable et sensation de guesthouse familliale...Le probleme et que le personnel, sympa, mais pas organiser du tout, note ce que l on consome sur des cahiers s en s y retrouver, et vous payer en double certaines consomations?.. De plus, ils on egarer la carte d identite de ma compagne qui etait au prealable avec mon passeport??? en nous disant qu om la recuperera a hanoi car fut donner a une autre personne??? finalement, arriver au taxi, ils l ont retrouver, ce qui est justement l exemple meme du manque de rigeur et d organisation.. chambre et salle de bain rester vraiment dans l etat des annee 30 50 et pas evoluer depuis. wifi peu fiable, linge mal laver...Mais comme son nom l indique, ils nous laisse une forte impression... die zentrale und doch ruhige lage ist das gute an diesem hotel. es ist nicht dreckig aber doch sehr heruntergekommen. eine großfamilie betreibt das hotel, alle sind sehr nett, aber wollen einem doch sehr aufdringlich weitere dienstleistungen aufdrängen. das habe ich als äußerst störend empfunden. 위치는 가까움. 문제는 그게 전부이다. 가장 나를 짜증나게 만든건 이 호텔의 꼬맹이 여자. 딸래미같은데 무지하게 싸가지없이 말하는데 아주 혈압올라 죽는줄알았다. 청소도 썩 잘 안하고 돈값도 못한다. 차라리 근처 다른곳을 가시는게 이득입니다. 참고로 이게 13불~15불짜리 방입니다. Xem tiếp

Een hotel waar de receptie goed engels spreekt en waar een goed aanbod is voor excursies in de omgeving en wat je in deze prijsklasse niet vaak tegenkomt is een zwembad, heerlijk aan het eind van de dag. Xem tiếp
