This hotel had no proof of my reservation with Agoda. The front desk gave me a room with no working fan. Had to request to be moved to another room. Not a good experience whatsoever. Will call Agoda and provide more details about my experience. Terrible hotel! Xem tiếp

My family's house nearby that hotel.I booked for 3 night and 4 days..We got check in late about mid night.The receptionist didn't know the room for us but still friendly and helped....We disappointed with the rest room very dirty.I tried to use to water to clean it but couldn't.I went back to my family early in the morning and the guy told me pay 20vnd for overnight parking for my motorcycle.I gave for him 50k and waiting but he never give my exchange money back.My boyfriend woke up later and complained with manager and he liar.We stayed some hotel around there but I never heart about pay more for parking.We still give them money everyday 50k and they never happen like that.I just stayed there 7 hour and didn't want stay there anymore.We still paid for next day but we got the new hotel. The check in time mentioned on confirmation was after 10am. However. The receptionist only allowed my parents to check in after 12pm. At the midnight, the air conditioner did not work. The hotel did not allow my parents to change to another room and they also did not try to fix it. The only thing my parents got from the hotel was " It is not our responsibility". Then they had to find another hotel and moved at midnight. That's the most crazy thing I have ever heard in my life. If it was not their responsibility, then who should be responsible for that? I had a wonderful time at Imperial Saigon Hotel. The staffs were friendly and professional at the same time. My room was clean and really comfortable, almost feel like home. The location of this hotel is very convenient to all the things i wanted to do in Saigon because it located in central Saigon; every thing is only a few minutes away. The price is reasonable. This hotel does not have business ethics. They advertise at rock bottom rate and claiming to be a 3 star hotel. In actual fact, less than 2 star. Though their 2-star by the government hangs on the wall. We paid for room + breakfast, but it turned out that there is NO breakfast as they don't even have a restaurant. The lady boss claimed that they do not want advertise for them as the rates are wrong. Gave us a smelly room with most amenities NOT working. We are forced to upgrade at list price. My sister did not even get her room, as they claimed they did not receive any bookings. sort out things with this awful hotel. Else the reputation will go down the drain quite quickly. Xem tiếp

Do not select this hotel at all. Claimed to be 3 star, it is worst than No star. Nothing works in the room, no Wifi, toilet leaking, toilet door can't close,elevator door slams onto you. Children got hurt. Slippery stairs up to reception. All Staff could not speak English, only the boss does. But she is interested in collecting more money only. Xem tiếp

We had high expectations,and it met every one! It was clean. The staff was very attentive and polite. The room was large, well appointed, and we had a balcony with a view of downtown Saigon. Xem tiếp

I booked this room in the morning and we arrived at the hotel at 23.00h. They hadn't received the booking and despite me showing them my e-booking, they would not believe me. They just have not got a clue how the internet booking works!!After over 15min of trying to explain them that I had paid for the room, they finally called the manager/ owner. She had to contact Agoda and we waited nearly an hour to finally be able to check in. We booked the so called "Deluxe city view", but the only view through a little window was to the side wall of the neighbour building. Our booking also included breakfast, but the hotel does not even have a restaurant!!Oner of 3 stars of this hotel is missing from the wall, and another one is held with cellotape. Xem tiếp

Proximité Marché Chinois de Cholon sans plus, situé un peu à la périphérie de la ville donc loin de tout ce qui se fait en ville comme Tours operators et là où il y a de l'animation etc; Accueil, staff correct mais sans plus. Odeur de moisi! Xem tiếp

Este hotel ubicado en el Distrito 5 está un poco alejado del centro, es ideal para ver otro distrito una vez que ya has visitado el Distrito 1, aunque también está bien si quieres alejarte de la multitud viajera del centro y tienes el autobús urbano en la puerta que te deja en el centro. Xem tiếp
