Very friendly staff and great facilities. We were upgraded to “Sapphire Cruise” which is a branded new cruise just operated a few days back. The tour guide, Tony, is funny and helpful. The itinerary is great that we can go kayaking, swimming and even tai chi as they are all included. One thing that they go extra miles is that we did fly drones on the cruise but unfortunately we cannot take it back (Apology!). Then the captain did send a speed jet with crew members to assist us to take it back (luckily succeeded!). Great service and great value for money. Xem tiếp

We was lucky to be upgraded to better cruise 'Silversea Cruise'. It was excellent stay. The staff was good especially the tour guide 'Duy'. Loved the activities but the cons is all the activities are too rush. And this applied to all cruise since all the cruise have same activity plan. Xem tiếp

Our tour guide was on the job of every second as we got on the shuttle bus to Halong bay, as we got on the cruise the crews were fantastic and very help to our needs. The tour guide had all the sight seeing set and inform what was involved and the crews of the ship fed us proper meals and very delicious. My room was excellent, very clean and plenty of room chill but the ship had plenty of room to relax also. Xem tiếp

Halong bay is gorgeous and every spot is scenic. Tour itinerary is operated similarly to any other cruise. Stopped at Titop island, however it is invaded by local day trippers, the beach and the swim area are overcrowded. There is a 10minute hike up to the viewing gallery where the view is gorgeous. Next kayaking was fun and view was awesome. Took us to the swim area where we float and swim around for like 15minute. Meals were good and fancy. Rooms are clean. The guides and crews are friendly. Thanks to Mr "Sweetie" for his interesting narratives on informations and the history of Vietnam. They only provide 1 small bottled water per guest per day, it's recommended that you bring along your own water if you are not buying beverages. The transport to and fro Hanoi can be improved by changing the seats as they have very thin cushion and I felt that I am seating on a metal rod the entire 3.5h journey. Seats are really cramped. Fishing without bait is really challenging btw. 2D1N schedule is rather packed for our liking. Xem tiếp

Every meal we had, we were asked so many times of what we wanted to drink. "We are OK" was not enough, Bar staff kept asking and we kept saying "No". It was a little bit annoying. Expect that, tour guide was so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our family tour. Thanks Luke! ^^ Xem tiếp

This is a budget cruise. The facility and rooms are not like the expensive ones, but in good quality and clean. Our room was the closest to the front on starboard side, and was not bothered by any engine noise at all during night. The shower room was clean. The staff were all very nice people. Not really a big problem, but we found two points that we felt a bit uncomfortable. First is about the wall between the room next to us. The wall was so thin, just single plank of wood, and it had doors to connect the rooms. Which can be locked, but very thin and weak old style one. It may be convinient for groups, but we would have enjoyed it more quiet and private. Second point is that the aisle is right out side the room on the oceanside, and the window was faceing it. you can hear litteraly eveyone walking cross, and we barely opened the curtains. It would have been better if we picked a ship that doesn't have aisles on the outer side of the ship but the one inside. Overall, the quality was good for it's price, and the staff were very nice. If you are a budget traveler going for the best deals, go for it. If you would prefer more private room with atmosphere, pay an extra 50 dollars and go for a better one. Xem tiếp

I booked Imperial Classic Cruise first but they upgraded to Imperial Legend Cruise without any conditions. View around cruise is very nice. My cabin can see private view. Activity such as kayaking, cave tours, peral farm and vietnamese cooking are interesting. Mr.David 's guide tour and cruise staff were helpful and friendly. Eating lunch, dinner, breakfast and lunch again. 36 hrs 's here were wonderfull. Free shuttle bus from hotel in Hanoi to Cruise and back round in the evening of next day. Very enjoyabke. Xem tiếp

Our tour guide Simley was very helpful and can communicate easily in English. Crew member in the ship is also very nice. We had a vegetarian member with and he was very well taken care of. But we had to buy water and other drinks which we did not anticipate. In my opinion they should at least provide free water. Water bottle price is double the price. My recommendation is you take the amount of water you need. We did not do all the things mentioned in the itinerary but they showed as a pearl farm which was not in the itinerary. In my opinion cruise should travel further deep in the bay to explore the true beauty in Halong Bay. Xem tiếp

This was the first time we travelled to Halong Bay but it looks as though you get a generalised package no matter what you choose. People we met on the boat all booked under different boat names so I'm not entirely sure how it works. Still, no complaints. Food was great and the staff were friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Although, the start of the trip was full of waiting since instead of meeting in the specified place ad mentioned in their description before, instead they picked up all traveles that day and we were the first one, it took around 1 hr and 30 min to just picked up the passengets. But Lily apologized and was able to pick the mood up by entertaining us with stories and other Vietnam facts. Also, we still arrived almost on time for Lunch. Every meal for us was superb even though you dont have much choice since all meals were already predetermined before you arrived at the junk. The rooms were comfortable although small. Big bag are no problem but luggages might be since there is limited space to even open one, suggest to just leave it on your previous hotel. The view is breathtaking esp. At sunset. You can also wake up the next day early for the sunrise. The activities were also fun: visiting Surprise cave, kayaking, swimming, Happy Hour, Pearl Farm (we were only there for 2 days). It is not jampacked, there's time for you to relax and you can have opportunities to mingle with other passengers. Xem tiếp

Well-planned events during our 2D1N stay on the cruise, with transport arranagements, meals included, outdoor/indoor, cooking class and sightseeing activities!
