Tôi đã book căn hộ 3 phòng ngủ cho 6 ng lớn. KS mới, rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, phù hợp với chuyến đi của tôi (du lịch nhóm). Địa điểm gần trung tâm, đi bộ ra khu phố cổ rất tiện. Quanh khách sạn nhiều quán ăn ngon, cả ăn vặt và nhà hàng. Nhân viên niềm nở và lễ phép. Tuy ko có chỗ để ôtô, nhưng có thể gửi rất gần. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp! Xem tiếp

Great place to stay, close to city centre, old quarter in walking distance. Front desk team was incredible and very helpful! Cooling/heating system works very well, and WIFI works perfect. Besides, the best part we can cook!!! Love it so much. Xem tiếp

The space was wonderful and the location good, but that is the only praise I can give. Not one day was the service adequate - the front desk staff left early and was out of contact, the staff ignored the do not disturb sign repeatedly, the aircon and wifi worked only a small part of the time, and the bedroom had several dead roaches on the floor when I arrived. I had a wonderful stay with my family at the IDC white house, the apartment style hotel was perfect for what we needed. 2 beautiful bedrooms in a clean and tidy space, before tiling with 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family getaway. The street we stayed on was also really beautfiful. I strongly recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Hanoi Xem tiếp

Why is the toilet not in the room ? Still don't get it. I found it really hard to use the Jacuzzi. Besides, the Jacuzzi is the only place to shower. I need a real bathroom. However, the room design is beautiful. The staff was friendly. 10/10 for location. Overall, price over performance is fine. Xem tiếp

My partner and I celebrated our 14 year anniversary with a holiday in Vietnam, after much research on Agoda we decided to "spoil" ourselves and booked the Presedential Suite at IDC Whitehouse.About two weeks before we where scheduled to arrive we received an email saying they where conducting maintenance on a leaking roof ( plenty of time yo fix the issue in my mind) and we would have to "downgrade to a two bedroom apartment" with breakfast ( we didnt want breakfast included hence our original booking didnt include breakfast)but in their words this was an upgrade ?Many emails back and forward with Agoda and the hotel we had to settle for this arrangement as we had booked a flight to Hanoi already and by this stage we where flying out the next day and didnt have time to re book somewhere else.Worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel ever . I was tempted by the presidential suite since it looked huge and nice for a price not too high. So, indeed the suite is huge, 120sqm according to the Agoda website. And the suite indeed looks nice. However, in such a huge space, you will not get the bathroom, it's outside the suite in another room! You have a bathtub though but don't be in rush to take a bath, water pressure is very low. The staff (nice though) ends its shift at 6 or 7pm so no one to ask for help except if you use your cellphone to call their personal number (tried the phone in the room but didn't managed to get them). Really enjoyed my stay at this value for money large apartment with comfortable and modern amenity to cook and clean clothes, and watches DVD's in the large living room. WIFI worked perfect, staff were very nice and helpful and even breakfast is delivered to room is nice. Would definitely come back here. Xem tiếp

This was my 6th visit to Hanoi and the 6th hotel I have stayed in. On my next visit I will definitely stay in the White House again. The location is great and although the street is busy the apartment was very quiet. Everything is very new, and the apartment I had (Tokyo) was very stylish, well equiped and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no restaurant but there are many restaurants nearby. I opted for the Vietnamese breakfast which came by way of a voucher for a nearby breakfast. Every morning a member of staff came with me to the restaurant to help me chose my breakfast - which was very nice. I believe a western breakfast can be served in your room. Another nice touch was that on a couple of occasions I put some dirty washing in the washing machine ready to be washed, but when I came back it was washed, dried and folded. Overall very nice, very comfortable, and if you are looking for the flexibility of an apartment then I would thoroughly recommend the White House. Xem tiếp
