Great hotel that was easy to communicate with ahead of time. Nice size rooms in a quiet area of town. Good places to eat nearby including a buffet place. Good value too. We'd start again. Xem tiếp

We had a lovely stay here, a very helpful owner (sorry, we have forgotten her name !)..she was very obliging and changed a room for us, no hassle. There also is a cheap restaurant run by a lovely family just across the road. A very comfortable homely hotel . Thank you . Xem tiếp

They put their heart into the business and goes out of the way to assist in any way possible. A fellow guest commented that they provide a 5 star service in their property. Brought us free tea while we were chatting away. The hospitability is certainly on par with the splendor of Ha Giang. I would not have any thing but good to say about the lady who seems to be running the show as she speaks English. The only downside was my squeeky room door but that could easily be solved with some lubricant. Xem tiếp

The hotel was ok but really far from the bus station (don't book anything, just choose an hotel near the station). However, the staff is kind ! Possibility to rent motorbikes but expensive (170.000 vnd/day) and old. Xem tiếp

The owner, who works the front desk is so helpful and kind; greeting all guests with complimentary tea upon arrival and every time she sees you. Excellent quiet location for those getting ready to start or finish the Ha Giang motorbike loop. Her motorbike rentals were the best quality bikes we have ridden, reasonable priced, and the local food right across the street is delicious! Highly recommend staying here. An easy spot to see Ha Giang as well by motorbike. The owner even provided a free taxi for us to catch the bus when leaving town. Xem tiếp

Actually hotel is nice, but we were really much wondering why staff has so good reviews about speaking english, because we couldnt ask really any advice from them... many times there wasnt people in reception, we were 2 nights there. Very very poor english. Aircondition didnt work and the room moisture was pretty high. In some corner there was bad smell (probably standing air). At least we had window to mountain. But under the window were very noisy pigs throughout the night. Bed was hard. In this city there is one cheaper and better place, what we can recommend ;) ;) Xem tiếp

The couple that owns the hotel bent over backwards to take care of our needs. They helped us book bus tickets, share their food, and so much more. I would recommend them any day. They also rent bikes which we enjoyed. Xem tiếp

This place is fine to spend a night in Ha Giang city before exploring the region. Rooms are basic but have all amenities you need. Beds are very hard though, even for Asian standards. Personnel in this new hotel comes across a bit clumsy by times (guess this will improve with more experience) but is friendly and willing to help. They do not speak english, but google translate works wonders. Only drawback is that the hotel is situated quite far from the town's center Xem tiếp

Possibilité de louer motos et scooters, la plupart équipés de porte-bagage, sandows et protections pour les bagages fournis, ainsi que des vêtements de pluie, également possibilité d'obtenir le permis pour les zones frontalières (restricted areas) par l'hotel. Si vais por la zona de Ha Giang (de lo mejorcito de Vietnam), os recomiendo este hotel. Limpio y cómodo, te ayudan a planificar tu viaje. Las motos en alquiler no son baratas, pero estàn en muy buenas condiciones... Y esto se agradece. El personal es muy amable y servicial Xem tiếp
