The hotel is new and the staff is very helpful or knowledgeable. For a new hotel it is surprising that the bathroom has many problems, such as the toilet paper holder is located on the wall behind the toilet so impossible to reach toilet paper, another problem is the bathtub is so high off the floor that it is impossible for a short person to stand in the bathtub and the bathroom floor at the same time, and last defect is the faucet for the sink is located too far away from the sink so water goes on countertop and sink. Lastly the information about the gym and sauna are not located at the hotel but located a short distance from the hotel. Xem tiếp

Staff were extremely helpful although English was not that great. The room was very clean and air con was extremely quiet and efficient. Bathroom was a bit cramped and shower mixer not the best but hey, it’s a 3 star in a perfect spot. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our 3night stay here ...great location near the river ...staff were really helpful and pleasant ...breakfast was excellent plenty of choice ...spa and gym at nearby sister hotel were great too ...rooftop pool was welcome after a hectic day in the city ...only downfall was not enough beds around the pool ...I’d certainly recommend this hotel Xem tiếp

Ben Thanh market, Central post office, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, and Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Building which has a beautiful night view are all only walking distance. The reception staffs were friendly and informative, we could take a shower at the pool after check out. The breakfast was decent. The only downside was the shower..low water pressure..only boiling hot or cold.. Xem tiếp

Great location. Close to the river, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The staff were really friendly and helpful when booking buses and taxis. Small pool (morning sun) is also a great place to escape the city and relax. Decent breakfast. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great. I didn’t like their breakfast though, almost everything had bacon in it or meat. I tried to request something small without meat such as rice or noodles, anything really but their English wasn’t the best and they didn’t understand. I mostly ate toast. I probably wouldn’t stay there again, even though I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at other properties there much cheaper and found this about the same as the cheaper ones. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay here apart from being sworn at and abused by another guest when my kids were playing by the elevator. The location was good & rooms were spacious and clean. I didn’t like the breakfast, the variety for religious, vegetarian options wasn’t good at all. Meat ( mostly pork, bacon being in very dish ) staff couldn’t speak much English at breakfast so it was hard to request something with no pork or meat and allergies for a family member. It was what. Ever was there. Most hotels I stayed in Vietnam were happy to cook a fresh non meat option. Pool was great and not far from walk street. I would recommend it, but they need to add more vegetarian options to breakfast and staff need to be friendlier & clean breakfast tables quicker.. Xem tiếp

my overall stay here was perfect. every person there seems so approachable and the tourist spots and even the cafe apartment is just a walking distance from the hotel. Didn't try their jacuzzi but I'm just the only person swimming in the pool. ATMs are just around the corner too. Xem tiếp
