Hung Vuong Hotel is not the best choice to stay in Ben tre. There’s the first hotel in Ben tre and all facilities are very old. Reception: She hasn’t service mind. (Reminder!!) once you check in she will keep your passport at the reception until you check out. (I asked for a photo copy but she doesn’t make it) Room and facilities: I requested a river view while chose a room in Agoda then I got first floor room. There’s a roof outside and cover the river view so you can’t see the river view if you book a first floor room. (The rooms are completely different than a pictures) The facilities are very old and dirty. There’s incrustration of a color fluid on a blanket, wall. Some electric outlet don’t working. No sleeping lamp. Bathroom is super old and dirty. Bathtub has a rust. Water heater not working and noisy. Bathroom’s floor and wall are so dirty. We really liked the location of this hotel but that was the only thing we liked. The bathroom was just weird the way it was set up. The bath towels were just a little bigger than a hand towel. The floors were dirty when we checked in. The window in the room wouldn't lock. We definitely won't book here again especially for the price we paid. Room size is adequate. Hot water system is not working..... Its not that cold anyway so didn't bother me at all. One particular issue I had was the room is full of visible water damaged and grew moldy and the hotel neglected to fix it. Also a lot of visible yellow liquid marks on walls to which housekeeping didn't bother cleaning them. Xem tiếp

the location is near the river, nice view. but the facilities are too old and not cleaness. i traveled with my child and i even didnt use the glass for drinking water. there were not many dishes for breakfirst, food are not good as well. Xem tiếp

Pros - by the river; room is spacious. Cons - room door is not fire-proof,not enough power plus, the shower head with instant heater is not at bath tub, no faucet, room has bugs, hotel has run down look. Even the reception is obscure from view. Xem tiếp

We felt a little bit unwelcome. Once we told them we did a booking on agoda they kind of were unfriendly sometimes. Breakfast consisted of one drink and one dish and was good. Central, clean. Unfortunately it was loud all night and people were yelling around. Other guests also complained but the staff didnt do anything about it. Xem tiếp

Location was good next to river and close to local market. Staff weren't as friendly as other places we have stayed. No hot water. Breakfast wasn't great. Wouldn't stay here again Xem tiếp

Our room was really large and was facing the river - a lovely view. As a vegetarian it seemed impossible to find something for me to have for dinner, as this part of Ben Tre is not touristy. We didn't realise until we arrived back at the hotel after an unsuccessful scout around that they had a nice, busy restaurant with lots of options. Also good value. The only negative would be that the bathroom seemed slightly grubby and the mat and towel outside the bathroom door were pretty dirty (we've found that to be the case in other places too). All in all I'd recommend if you're touring the Mekong area, be sure to ask for a room with a view! Xem tiếp

The price is what others charge. 400,000 a night. Location and staff greatand a/c strong. Bad parts..breakfast was very meager (before the had a better breakfast). Bath towels were literally the size of a hand towel. The bed was rock hard. I am a backpacker and bad beds , I am used to, but I did not get a good nights sleep the nights I was there. Xem tiếp

Disappointing. Booked a triple through Agoda because that was the last being offered. When I arrived the man at the lobby couldn't believe I was alone and made a last minute change to a different room. OK, but might as well charge for a smaller room then. Wanted to keep my passport at lobby but I refused so I paid straight away in cash to avoid leaving passport. Next morning I was asked to sign the Creditcardslips from booking through Agoda. Refused as I feared I was going to be billed double. Tired looking hotel with poor furnishings. Has seen better days. Xem tiếp
