Our stay at Hung Phat Bungalow was totally fantastic!!! Hung treated us like family from the second we arrived. Actually before we arrived, he helped us arrange airport pickup The bungalow was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were greated with tea and a free scooter for our short ride to town. The coffee and banana pancakes were absolutely amazing! They provided speedy super convenient laundry service. He helped us with our onward travel. Everything ran so smoothly. He became our Vietnamese freind who aranged everything for us for no extra charge. We absolutely loved every single thing about our stay. Xem tiếp

We have so many wonderful things to tell about our fantastic stay and the service we received from Son at Hung Phat Bungalow.... however because we are still on vacation in Vietnam we find it difficult to share everything on the go. So in that case, will will share more on our return home! However at present I can say the stay, the room and the service was second to none and we would have stayed longer had our schedule allowed..... please allow me to elaborate when I return home. Travelled for 9 months through Asia using similar priced properties and this was by far the best. The gentlemen who runs it was amazing and so helpful! The bungalows are on silts and beautiful with amazing views. Would recommend to anyone and would love to return. If we wasn’t on such a tight itinerary we would have extended our stay. In the 2 night we were there they organise tours for you, organised our bus to our next destination, sorted out our laundry, sorted us with scooters at a small fee or bicycle for free, recommended local restaurants and things to do. Overall the most welcoming helpful people! And as a bonus the pool was lovely! Xem tiếp

Like many other reviewers, I was amazed at the care shown to me by the owner, Son. He truly went up and beyond in ensuring that I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Add to that, he's created a fantastic oasis on the outskirts of Phong Nha perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local caves. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Xem tiếp

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights. The owner was amazing, picked us up from our night bus at 4am and dropped us to the bus on the morning we were leaving. Apartments were clean with a nice shower and air con. We had a delicious breakfast which was a choice of an omelette sandwich or traditional pho with tea or coffee. We hired bikes from the owner for a fair price with no issues. Would not hesitate to stay again! Xem tiếp

Clean room, the view of the mountains is amazing. He will prepare the breakfast of your choosing whenever you are ready and help you every possible way. His son is so cute. We feel like home. There are bicycles you can use for free. We will come back soon!!!! Xem tiếp

I highly recommend this place. The owner, Son, is the kindest guy ever. He picked us up from where a 4am bus dropped us off, and then even gave us breakfast and let us go to our room straight away. The room itself backs onto the most gorgeous backdrop of rice fields and mountains, and is a super enjoyable experience in itself. The owner went out of his way so many times to make us feel comfortable, including making us delicious breakfasts each day, providing plenty of water, and arranging tours and motorbike rentals. I have traveled across the globe and I cannot say enough good things about Hung Phat Bungalow. This place is amazing. The view is spectacular from the moment you wake up in bed and see the mountains and the rice patty fields right out your window. Son (the owner) will prepare breakfast of your choosing whenever you are ready. He is so nice and helpful whenever you need anything. He can book your tours, rent you a bike, exchange your money, and cook you an amazing meal. A one man army, he does it all! Such a great host. The place is just like in the pictures! Beautiful, quiet at night, close proximity to city center and all tourist attractions. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Xem tiếp

We were treated like family! This accommodation is brand new, and spotlessly clean. Our host So was incredible as he tended to our every need. We only booked 1 night through Agoda but ended up staying 4 nights we enjoyed our time here so much! The tiny bungalows on stilts are perfect and have everything you could need from toothbrushes to hair dryers, towels to coffee facilities. There is a beautiful view over the rice paddies, and a pool for hot days. So got up early every morning and made us breakfast - he makes a perfect pancake by the way! The accommodation is only a short journey from town and he has bikes and motorbikes available on the premises. But what we appreciated more than anything was his attentiveness and care. My wife picked up a flue bug before we arrived here, and So and his wife were very caring. They cooked meals, interacted with our kids and offered every bit of support they could. We left here with happy memories and new friends! I highly recommend this accommodation! Xem tiếp

Roller wollte der Besitzer leider zunächst deutlich teurer anbieten, als Anbieter sie in der Innenstadt vermieten, obwohl sie definitiv nicht im besten Zustand waren. Darüber hinaus hatten wir den Roller für drei Tage gemietet und trotzdem sind in der Zeit andere Leute vom Hotel damit gefahren. Wäre ja nicht schlimm, wenn sie nicht teilweise das Benzin leer gefahren hätten, was wir bezahlt haben. Das Frühstück war an jedem Tag das gleiche und wenig abwechslungsreich und leider auch nicht besonders lecker. Die Lage und Aussicht der Bungalows ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es nur keinerlei Stauraum für Gepäck in den Bungalows. Außerdem ist der Pool zwar schön, für richtiges Schwimmen jedoch deutlich zu klein. Xem tiếp
