Nice enough hotel . Nice lady who served breakfast. Made to pay twice by owner , originally paid when booked by Agoda . On checkout told we hadn’t paid . Had emails and bank statement to say we had . He Wouldn’t have it so paid again and was told if you want a refund Agoda can give you it . Still waiting for a refund . This is a 3month holiday and booked all hotels with Agoda and have not had this issue at any of the other hotels . Our taxi was waiting and felt we had no choice . Xem tiếp

I have to say something : we booked a week ago before checking in. when we arrived,they told us rooms were full and took us to a worse hotel to live in. the hotel told the agoda the previous guest was in bad condition and had to go to the hospital so they could not let them check-out.that's really funny! when we arrived at the garden hotel(it was not too late,afternoon),they just said their rooms were fool already ,never mentionning any special condition like what they quibbled to you afterwards,"our rooms are full"only meant they had sold all of their rooms to others without considering our feelings! I guess they just wanted more money because the room price was obviuously more expensive than that by which we had booked 1 week before that day ! The hotel did offere us 2 options and we chose to stay at their alternative hotel (i really can't remember the small hotels'name ), because the day was the first day of our National Day vacation,we were really afraid we had no chioce outside and we were so tired that we just wanted to have a good rest rather than looking for hostels around a umfamiliar place ! we have to say more：you call the latter hotel more luxury,i can never agree!I juest want to say you agoda never investigate the latter hotel! that's all!really angry and unhappy without gainning any amends! The Hotel is located in the centre of the Old quarter which gives you the perfect spot to start exploring the street food and exciting hidden gems around you. Within the hotel though, it is quiet and cosy, with your own rooftop, lovely rooms and the best hosts - they made everything happen: from special breakfast wishes, laundry, phone calls or leaving our bags for a 2 day trip behind. After traveling long in SE Asia I decided to treat myself a hotel room instead of hostel bed - and couldn't be happier I chose this hotel! It had just what I needed, clean big room, bath tub, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Really good value for money! Xem tiếp

Queen Garden Hotel is a great value for the money. The breakfast selection included the best pho we've had so far. The staff are very helpful and are truly like your family in Hanoi. The location is a perfect springboard for walking around the Old Quarter. Xem tiếp

Hotel Garden Queen was our home for three nights in bustling Hanoi. Central enough to walk everywhere but quiet enough to get some sleep. Lovely atmosphere. Keenly priced but I felt bed could have been more comfortable. Xem tiếp

The Hotel Garden Queen was the first hotel stop for our 3 week honeymoon trip throughout Vietnam and Thailand. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They also were so kind to offer us a bottle of wine for our honeymoon. However, the room was very dirty. The toilet and the bathtub were both very dirty and the sheets had what felt like sand on them. The room was pretty nice overall, but it was kind of dark and the bed was very hard. Those issues were fine and about what we expected for the cost, however the cleanliness was very poor, which is why I wouldn't recommend staying there. Xem tiếp
