Phí thuê phòng k rõ ràng, mình đặt trên mạng 1 kiểu. Lúc thanh toán kiểu khác, giá đêm đầu tiên đắt hơn đêm đầu tiên 8usd. Trên mạng thì mình 2 hôm hệ thống đã tính luôn cho mình vậy mà đến khi trả phòng rồi thanh toán thì.... Xem tiếp

Tôi book 1 phòng single tầng 5, nhưng KS không có thang máy. Phòng có mùi ẩm như lâu ngày không có người ở. Tiện nghi trong phòng không tốt (máy lạnh hư; khăn tấm cũ; cửa ra ban công không có khóa). Ăn sáng thì KS sẽ ra ngoài mua chứ khong tự nấu. Nói chung ngoài vị trí KS trong phố cổ ra thì KS chất lượng không tốt. Xem tiếp

1. After 12 o'clock, the staff here locks the door and checks in. That time, However, even though the person is sleeping in the room, the employee enters the room and steals the clock and money. owner told me to tell she that he believes in the staff, rather than telling the staff about the Theft. So I reported it to police. but owner is angry with us. and she said why did you make a big job, you were lying. Apart from this, the bag is always open when we lock the door every time we leave. Maybe it's like the employees are coming in with the keys and rummaging through the bag. and the owner does not provide the services that are provided by the hotel because we reported the theft to the police. 2. The information in the room on the agoda is different from the actual room configuration. I booked a single bed room for 3 people, but I gave it a double bed 1+ single bed 1. So I asked for a single bed room for 3 people, but this is only a single bed 2+ extra bed. Avoid here. Xem tiếp

I stayed here for a week. This hotel is placed right into the beer street. So you can very easily enjoy the night culture of Hanoi as much as you want. The room is very clean, eventhough it is little bit old. And fortunately there are no bugs but I saw a thumb sized lizard which is helpful to kill bugs. Except for a cleaning lady, both the male and the female manager can speak English. Only thing uncomfortable in that place is that there is no elevator. But the price is very reasonable, so I gladly accepted the inconvenience of it. Xem tiếp

I usually book rooms with windows. Window is something must be in the room i'm living in. That was the reason why I picked this hotel. "City view" was checked on the site. But when we arrived they gave me the room with the window facing to the wall (read - no window at all). When I asked about this, they not very friendly asked that it was wrong information. After argument they offered single room with city view, even though i was with my girlfriend. Xem tiếp

Hotel du Centre Ville is a pleasant enough place to stay, fairly low key- not a lot of interaction with the staff, but then again they were also not trying to sell me tours etc. The woman manager is very nice. The rooms are fairly spartan but clean. It's in a superb location right in the heart of the old quarter but could be a bit rowdy for those who want a quiet night on the nightmarket weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun). Not great signage out front as reception is behind the travel agency at the front. Xem tiếp

The room was excellent. The staff wasn't very helpful, we had a tour guide waiting for us and they told him we weren't staying there, missed our tour because of it and received no apology. They also wanted like 20$ when on agoda it is 13$ so we just booked from agoda. Xem tiếp

The room was large and very clean, good value for just $13.30. No breakfast (which most of the Hanoi's budget hotels provide), but that's OK considering the price, and for the money saved you can eat outside (and at your own time) anyway. Located just 1 minute walk from the famous Bia Hoi corner, but no noise in the room as it was on the back side of the building. Wi-fi was sometimes unstable though, but no problem for me as I could use mobile internet then (signal is adequate in the room). There's a table in the room which is very important if you have to work on a computer like I do. The manager was friendly, I was able to extend my stay for 1 more night. Overall one of my best choices in Hanoi (I've been 5 times here), would consider staying again. Xem tiếp

The location and price of this place are great. What you get is not so much. We booked a room that was labeled as having a balcony which is nice when staying in Hanoi. When we got there they told us that the room we booked actually had no balcony, was in the back of the hotel, and that we had made a mistake. They said we could upgrade the room for double what we had already paid. After a bunch of arguing and us showing them what was posted online they refused to cancel our booking saying that is wasn't good for the hotel. We just left because the vibes were so bad and scam. Zero customer service and frankly we got a better room a few steps down the street for much cheaper. Xem tiếp

This is the second time I stayed at the old quarters area. This hotel is right in the center of old quarter, very convenient for food and beer. The street outside the hotel comes alive at night with cheap drinking place and lots of local food to offer. Perfect place for back packers and the adventurous. Xem tiếp

Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, this place was a fantastic hotel. Surrounded by places to eat and drink. The rooms were very clean and quite large. No complaints. Staff was quite friendly as well. All in all, I highly recommend this place. Xem tiếp

Great location, in the heart if the old quarter and surrounded by everything you need and everything you don't need a well!! Not noisy at night. Rooms are old and a bit dingy but clean, spacious, comfy beds, 24hr hot water. A lot of stairs to climb - good if you need to increase your fitness!! This a basic budget hotel, not too pretty but more than good enough for the price. The staff are incredible- I had my phone stolen and it was very difficult making a police report. The staff spent alot of their time helping me including taking me back and forth on their scooters to police station (4 times!) When I tried to tip them they refused and would not accept the money saying they were happy to help me...wow! They did accept the chocolate bars I bought for them:-) Xem tiếp

One of the male staff was kind enough to give me a room because my room was still occupied when I went to the hotel at 7am. Really thankful for that. However, things turned bad after that. I was withdrawn from the room I was given in late morning, and was told that I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. The lady staff said if I didn't want to wait, I can have a room in the adjacent hotel which is also part of this hotel. I was taken to look at the room, it was bad, it looks haunted and definitely less than what I had paid for. I rejected of course, and waited at the lobby. A Caucasian guest who arrived later than me got her room first and I was really puzzled, but well, perhaps hers is a different room and so it is already available. When I showered at night, there was no hot water. I was shivering. I tried turning on the switch for the heater and ended up with a power trip to my room. So I had to shower in darkness. Then the next morning, there was no water when I was in the midst of brushing my teeth. I had to use my own drinking water to rinse my mouth. It was really a bad experience overall.
