Cảm nhận tốt, Khách sạn có vị trí rất đẹp cho việc làm việc khi ở gần business center của HCMC ( có thể đi bộ ), nhân viên thân thiện và kiến trúc khách sạn, bài trí đẹp. Tuy nhiên phòng khách sạn hơi nhỏ, khu vực phòng tắm và thay đồ trong phòng khách hàng bố trí hơi nhỏ và bất tiện. Phòng ở của mình không có bồn tắm và tắm xong phải bước ra ngoài phòng để thay quần áo thì rất dễ bị cảm lạnh. Xem tiếp

We originally booked the Grand Deluxe King room because it had a bathtub, and when we arrived the hotel upgraded us to the Sky Deluxe Executive King room. Unfortunately this room did not have a tub, and after I pointed this out, the hotel quickly upgraded us again to the Executive Studio Suite. Lucky us! The room was awesome and well worth the money I spent on the original room. If I had to pay the original price, my review might not be so excellent though, based on value for money. The food is a bit pricey and the a la carte serving sizes are small. Breakfast buffet is a good value though. We had a young baby with us and this hotel accommodated us great, but it's definitely geared more toward the upscale young and single crowd. Xem tiếp

My wife and i celebrated our 25th year anniversary at the weekend at the hotel. the SPA was great and breakfast is one of the best we have had for a long time. Rooms are clean and well maintained with good amenities. We had dinner in restaurant upstairs which was superb and chef even had a nice happy anniversary desert for us. I highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is gorgeous, probably one of the best in Saigon. We went there for honeymoon, the female receptionist took great care of us, and even later upgraded us to a suite for 2 nights out of our 4-night stay there. Service is top-notch here, we dined almost everyday at the hotel for lunch and the food was really good and have a good wide variety. Location is also good, but we pretty much "grabcab/uber" everywhere - which is very affordable in Saigon. Xem tiếp

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - perfect bed and bathrobes. The shower was a little odd to use and i thought there was no warm water to shower with at first . Open concept for bathroom with only a translucent curtain separating the shower and toilet area from the bed. Would stay here alone again, but probably not with friends/family. Xem tiếp

We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and quick in service. Room is well decorated in high-end design. Bed is super comfortable. The infinity pool has magnificent view which is a must-visit. Breakfast is super with many variety of choices. I can't find any point not to like this hotel. Everything was perfect for our stay. For the travelers that want to splurge ! The room was amazing, the staff were great, thanks for making my birthday and our anniversary a great experience! Highly recommend. It was raining at the time but didn't stop us from using the huge pool!! Beautiful hotel. Xem tiếp

We loved our stay. It's a beautiful hotel with a good location and overall good staff. A couple of tips: the Social Club inside has a better Happy Hour than the rooftop if you're looking for one (it's only one floor down) and far better service, as the rooftop service is pretty poor when it gets crowded. The roof staff needs a bit more etiquette as they are moving furniture and knocking into people- we saw this a lot with no apologies, just sour looks as if the customers were in their way - and be ready to wait a Long time for anything. We think it's because the general public can go up there and it's the "it" place in town. But we would definitely recommend the hotel if you're prepared to deal with that...one other tip- get a pool chair early. It's also on the roof next to the bar and their are only about 8 chairs for 20 floors of rooms. Xem tiếp

Look, its expensive for Vietnam. But in view, totally worth it if you can afford it and want to spoil yourself. The rooftop pool and bar is out of this world, and perfect for when you come back to the hotel in the afternoon all hot and bothered. The rooms are modern and clean. Location is good, very close to cathedral and Reunification Palace. Would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

We stayed here over a weekend. It is a beautiful hotel, but the music from the club on the top floor was insanely loud. I would NOT recommend staying on the Exec Club or high level floor. Otherwise it was quite nice. Xem tiếp

The Hotel des Arts Saigon is a fabulous hotel located in the heart of D1. The rooftop infinity pool provides a necessary relief from the heat, as well as stunning views of the city. The buffet breakfast is notably extensive and varied. Loved this hotel! Xem tiếp

I got the technical problem about about aircondition room. The technical come to fix it 2 times but finally I had to ask for moving to the new room very late at the night (around midnight). They should ask me to change to new room once I report this problem. Xem tiếp

Beautiful hotel with great services. The roof top bar is very nice and the design is very classy. I like the bed quality and the view from the bedroom. Walking distance on the corner, there is a good bakery store to get a nice breakfast with amazing bread as well. Xem tiếp
