Though little bit away from old quarter Hotel 1-2-3 Hanoi provides an excellent value for money. Break fast served was very good and chef even prepared us vegetarian pasta upon our request. Hospitality team is great & Service manager (who has studied in canada) was helpful . Probably the japanese jacuzzi need a change. It is also walkable to many of the key attractions like museum etc., and also lot of good restaurants are near by. I will recommend this hotel. Xem tiếp

Its a Japanese Hotel as its the only one outside Japan for the 123 chain. Its one of the best hotel i have stayed so far. The room was superb and everything was just perfect. All i can say Hotel 1-2-3 made our stay pleasant and great. Xem tiếp

The hotel is located in a good position and we were be able to walk to most locations in the Old Quarter. Our room was large and well appointed and surprisingly had a LAN port as well as Wi-Fi. I was able to get smoking hot speeds on my laptop (50Mbps down and 20 up). The buffet breakfast was excellent and had Western, Japanese and Vietnamese food. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. If you didn’t know, the Hotel1-2-3s are a Japanese chain of hotels which means a couple of things: the staff will accidentally speak to you in Japanese and some of the rooms will stink of cigarettes so make sure you request a non-smoking room if you need to. Also, don't forget to use their 4 free garment washing per day. Xem tiếp

The hotel is not too far from the Hanoi station. There are bus from airport to station. (I think they come every 30 mins). Very easy to get reached hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly. Sometimes I can get some useful information about what to do, where to eat, etc. the top floor also have sauna, public bath, few fitness facilities which you can use. My family and I were so satisfied with the service of this hotel. The room was big enough to accommodate the 5 of us. Everything were great, except for only girl staff forgot her name who was kinda rude and she always give off reaction. However will comeback soon for sure. Xem tiếp

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I visited Vietnam last week. This is the most impressive hotel of all my seven nights in Vietnam. The staffs hospitality was the best. Breakfast was also very delicious. I've never realized the term " worth every penny" until I met this hotel. Xem tiếp

Frankly speaking, I made a choice of this hotel only because the location is within walking distance to Thai Embassy. But when checked in I felt that the facility, staffs' service, was much better than expected. In Vietnam huge number of mini-hotel, boutique hotel appears like mushrooms after rain. I experienced so many hotel life in past 45 years in Vietnam (including war time) It's quite natural that 5 star hotel has to provide satisfying stay with the guests but I dare to say that it's quite hard to find the 3 star hotel with good service like this hotel. Although I am not a fan of Japanese Manga (comic) nor public-bath lover, instant noodle regular eater at all (These things are hotel's complimentary services), other things made me feel happy to stay such as plentiful hot water for bath tub, Japanese style of breakfast (if provide another service of raw egg, perfect !), and so on. I saw many Vietnamese guests from seemingly abroad, Chinese, Thai and European beside Japanese guests in the Hotel restaurant at breakfast time. Really worthy of choosing this hotel. I think more and more VN repeaters would come back to the hotel if they keep present guiding principle. Xem tiếp

I had the best time staying at Hotel 1-2-3. The location is very centralize, you can walk to most of the attractions. The staffs are very friendly, they help and fulfill most of our request. The price is super reasonable compare to the facilities. Thank you so much all the staffs from Hotel 1-2-3 for making us feel like home. Xem tiếp

Comfortable bed clean room, with free hot public onsen on top floor. Delicious breakfast in japanese style. Catered mainly for Japanese guests on business. Location is very near Hanoi Train station, but far away from tourist area like the Old Quarters. Very friendly staff who speak English. Xem tiếp

I didnt stay this hotel becase I booked wrong date (5th Oct), When I arrived the hotel 8th Oct and showed the booking confirmation the receiptionist responeded your booking was 5th and already checked in on 5th Oct??? At that time, I recognized that oh, I booked wrong date with her, moreover I tried to explained more that I did show her my banking status, the bank charged room rate on 10:45 am, 5th Oct. I asked how could I book hotel and stay at same day even I based in Ho Chi Minh city? Also take over 2 hours to fly from Ho chi minh to Hanoi??? The staff just said She didnt know, and now the hotel also didnt have any room available for you, sorry! then I need to ask my husband to book at Sheraton Hanoi to stay, because we thought cannot expect them to have a professional staff!
