The rooms are big and clean and have everything you need. They're not very different from a room in a 4-5 star hotel. Staff are friendly. Hotel facilities though are a bit basic, including the breakfast, but overall quite adequate and appropriate to the room rates. Xem tiếp

The location is good, easy to go to Ben Thanh market, easy to go to district 4, easy to go anywhere. The room price is good for a 35m square room, although the receptionist tried to charge me an extra 3% for using an international card, but I insist there are no such thing in Vietnam. Stayed at the 2nd floor's room for the first night, not very satisfied, but staff was very good and efficient to help change my room to a higher storey on the following day. Appreciate the staffs' initiative and prompt actions. The city view is great from 4th storey onwards. Xem tiếp

The hotel is near ben than market about 10 minutes walk its also near the backpackaers area. Its about 15 minute walk to saigon square and 20 minute walk to dongkoi street. The staff were friendly they accomodated all of our request. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was so-so. You get to choose about 10 set meals. Xem tiếp

Friendly & helpful staff, Yen, speaks and responded to my email enquiries with good English. Another gentlemen, speaks fluent Cantonese, made us feel like home. Both of them saved our days for directions, food trails & saved our pockets by getting reasonable car rental service. We stayed at Hong Vina Luxury for 3 nites. The location is within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and there is a very nice bakery TLJ nearby. The receptionist speaks English and is able to accede to our requests. Though the breakfast provided on the table is limited, you are able to choose 1 set per pax from the breakfast menu provided by kitchen staff. Xem tiếp

My family and I spend 3 nights in hong vina luxury hotel and it has been an overall great stay. The staff is attentive and will reach out to help if you require any. For instance we have late night flight home and the staff helps to look out for luggage after check out and even allow us to get shower after our walk around the city before heading to the airport. Great location just outside the back packers(which is good as backpackers too noisy) and close to markets and old french part of town. Staff are so friendly and very accomodating. I would stay in this hotel if i went back to saigon. Only con breakfast coffee and juice needs work. Besides that i loved our big room with awesome aircon. Xem tiếp

Stayed in this hotel two years ago (sorry for the late review, better late than never though). Had a great stay here. Food was good, staff are friendly and helpful, location is good (very near Ben Tanh), and the rooms are clean. Hope they maintain it. Xem tiếp

Hong Vina is located in District One of HCM city and an easy walk to most D1 attractions. The accommodations are pretty standard but a good value and the staff is exemplary, very nice, very helpful and professional. Xem tiếp

Fabulous large room for a family of four with a huge window. Bathroom great too. Staff very helpful, especially the younger guy - he's great! I love the location as it's half way between the market and the backpacker street - but on a quiet road - bonus! Not a great choice for breakfast - but filling enough with the choice of eggs, noodles, etc. Xem tiếp

We had a nice time and the hotel made a great base. The rooftop breakfast area was very nice. The staff were very helpful, and gave us some great recommendations. They also assisted us with transport to the airport, which was only slightly more than a taxi so it makes sense to us them to reduce the stress. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

The customer service was the best among all, front counter was super helpful and concerned for our safety. He kept reminding us to keep our belongings safe when we go out. He also helped us go out and open our wine bottle although they do not have that service in their hotel. Adding a personal touch, he conversed with us as though we were good friends. Very friendly. The location was also very convenient, close to the Ben Thanh market and a couple of the main attractions. Extremely near a McDonald's. Lovely stay. Xem tiếp

We arrived at the hotel in a mai linh cab with a fare tussel that the driver wanted to overcharge us at double the price of what it would have been (300k VND instead of 150k VND approx) .The hotel recep guy helped us intervene and determined that we were overpaying and took the initiative to call the cab company to verify with the driver that he was charging a fair charge. He then made the driver wait outside until the company resolved the matter, while accepting us to give 150k as a max amount that should be paid. This gesture was most appreciated and he allowed us to check in early as we were absolutely zonked. They also helped us with contacting the airport lost and found for a baggage that i left behind. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I stayed in the room on the same level of the reception. Therefore I was a bit bothered by the noice that the staff / other guests made. In general ,I'm was really pleased. Before I took my plane (at night) I could even take another shower. When I showed up at 10 o clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I could enjoy free breakfast. Xem tiếp
