A great locations and good value for money. We stayed in a private room so can't comment on the dorms. Room was small so felt cramped but air-con worked well and shower was hot. The room was clean and towels changed for our second night which was good. Some of the communal areas were a little dusty and dirty and wasn't really anywhere to sit and chill out so no atmosphere but right in the centre of it all so was very convenient to get around. Bar next door was loud but kind of what you expect in a city. Would recommend Xem tiếp

We were met with a smile by the staff on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for them, we booked trips and onward bus journeys and when we needed a very early breakfast the staff didht hesitate to accommodate us. Our room was lovely (302) and the atmosphere along the street, epsecially over the weekend was great fun. Good bars and restaurants near by. I woild recommend hong thien to all travellers. Xem tiếp

Great value for money. I stay in double bed room, cheap rate include breakfast which you can choose from the menu. You can also use the outdoor pool that their other hotel have. Wifi on higher floor doesn't work (wifi works but no internet). So we asked to move to floor 1 or 2, where we can still access the lobby wifi (whic was working) Xem tiếp

This was one of the best budget hotels we've stayed in Vietnam. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were great and spoke English well. The breakfasts are worth paying an extra $ for, good selection of choices and great food! We arrived early on an overnight bus and were able to check into our room early and we even had a coffee on arrival. Would definitely recommend! Xem tiếp

The staff was always super friendly, place clean and room with a lot of space. We had different options for the free breakfast (Banana pancakes was the best!): 1 dish, 1 drink and 1 plate of fruits. The location is perfect, right on the middle of the main night street. 15 minutes from the historical part and daylly market. We arrived too early for the check-in and the staff gave us free tea and bananas while they prepared our room! We booked the tour guide from Hue to Hoi An (the bus morning tour - 8/8:15 am) and it was the same price as any other place (believe me, we checked - 8€/p). The tour stopped in 4 places (the famous bridge, the Lagoon, the Hai Van Pass (doesn't go through the tunnel!) and the Marble Mountain. The trip takes around 6 hours and the tour guide speakes good EN. We recommend you this place for sure!! One of the best in Vietnam so far (2 weeks, 5 places and counting)! Xem tiếp

Place is very clean and is located close to the city centre. Staff is very helpful and spontaneous. The staff (Dinh, if i spell correctly) took me on a motorbike tour of the Emperor's Tomb and Abandoned Waterpark after his working hours when I told him I couldn't ride a scooter. This place was decent. Really nice that they had fruit upon arrival and in the morning. But as a solo female traveler, I was a bit weirded out staying here because the dorm was mixed. And pretty much full. Every single person in the room but me was a local Vietnamese man who work for the motorbike companies doing trips from hoi an. I was just a bit uncomfortable at the beginning of the night because I was alone in the room with all of these men. Turned out to be all good but just wanted to let anyone else know because I'm sure it happens most nights here (they said they stay there all the time and do trips often) Xem tiếp

All 3 Hong Thien hotels are a 1 minute walk from the Sinh Cafe drop-off. My double was TINY but immaculate with large LED TV, mini-fridge, two large windows (no street noise) and a super-comfortable bed. The TV had 3 or 4 English movie channels and a few decent news/sports channels. Free use of pool at Hong Thien 1 Yeah! Tours booked thru the hotel were great. I spent only two nights in Hue. I was extremely satisfied with choice of hotel. The manager/owner was the most competent, professional, nicest and helpful person in 6 weeks trip in Vietnam so far. From the welcoming icy water and green tea, to booking a boat tour, I felt like important guest. The room was small but clean and nicely furnished. A/C worked great, Internet was fast and there was good selection of TV channels. The pool was in the sister hotel just across the street and it was so nice to soak in there after tiring day. There was refrigerator with reasonably priced refreshment drinks in the room. Breakfast was included and there was some selection to choose from. This hotel is a great value for the money.
