The staff at the hotel are very helpful and the hotel has an amazing breakfast. Bed was large and comfy and room very clean. The complimentary snacks/fruit in the room were a nice touch. We did find out that the tour we booked through them was more than double the price on trip advisor. So shop around for day trips. I would stay here again! Xem tiếp

Room with high price but everything is very bad, from staff, room, food is all bad. Noisy staff, the reception desk did not work at night, they even locked the door like a hostel style. Very little breakfast. Xem tiếp

Stayed here 4 days and extended2 weeks. This places is classy with reasonable prices, breakfast is delicious with several lunch or dinner options that are savory. Prime location to attrations. The staff's excellent customer service and positive attitude makes you feel as you matter. Shout out to front desk/reception staff and ann, mai, hieu, ngan, and the chefs who make breakfast enjoyable and ensure a great meal. Great job! Xem tiếp

We had early morning flight. The hotel staffs were thoughtful and asked if we would like them to prepare breakfast boxes for us to be brought to the airport. We agreed and they prepared for it before 6am the next morning. Thumbs up for that! Very nice staff. They were so helpful to us including booking a limousine bus to Ninh Binh and keeping our cases until we return after 2 nights away. We also got a plate of fruit which was a nice touch. The rooms are an excellent size. Xem tiếp

Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff members. Breakfast is great also. The room is comfortable for 3 people with a very great view. It appears to be very handy to head to the Hoan Kiem lake. I am going to recommend for the others stay below. Xem tiếp

Really Nice hotel. Location that is good just twenty min walk to old quarter but plenty to find out on the manner in which. The staff very useful and always lovely to speak to. On go back to Han oi from the Ha of ours Long bay trip had been upgraded to suite with comp breakfasts because of the inconvenience staff made certain to check out on the airport transfers of ours for us and also helped suggest great places to go to for neighborhood foods etc. Areas clean and well appointed. Great hotel with staff that is helpful, location near by old quarter only aproximatelly ten mins by walk. Additionally near by hospital, pharmacy and convinient store. Breakfast has a great deal of choice. Certainly will be again!! Xem tiếp
