The best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made it very easy to arrange tours and onward travel. Location has in the heart of the action, but, inside was a haven. Very clean. Xem tiếp

we are very satisfied with our room ,clean and well attended everyday. All are nice except in booking for transport from hotel to airport. There is no proper coordination between hotel staff and private transpo bec we were ask to pay when advance payment was already made at the hotel. Gave us hassle in going to the airport Xem tiếp

Everything was great in the hotel except we got put on the top floor. This means up 7 flights of steps in the heat and humidity. They have no rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor. Otherwise if you are looking to be near the nightlife, this is the perfect location. Xem tiếp

If you are looking for budget price accommodation which is spotless; well managed with attentive caring staff; right in the centre of the action in hcmc, then look no further. I stayed here for 3 nights with my two sons aged 18 and 20 for the first leg of our Vietnam adventure. Admittedly, the Hong Han is not for everyone. The rooms are located on the five floors above the lobby and there is no lift, therefore strong legs and lungs are required, especially if your room is on the upper floors. The rooms to the front of the hotel are fronting onto one of the busiest and loudest tourist traps in the city which doesn't quieten down until 4am so those with a disposition to noise should probably look elsewhere. The rooms are spacious and well appointed for guesthouse standards. The cooked complimentary breakfast served on the first floor balcony is simple but delicious. The staff will help you any way they can. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely make a return visit. Xem tiếp

The hotel is very nice. Even though it's in a busy area, I didn't hear the busy city ar night. As soon as you're out of the door, you are in a busy part of town. Just a (15 minute) walk away from the Benh Than markets, the war museum, sky deck etc. Lot's of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast is quite a lot you can choose different options. Staff is friendly and rooms are big enough and clean. Overall a good place to explore Saign for a few day's. Xem tiếp

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very very friendly. They were the best staff I had so far! Though they didn’t have an elevator, our room was at the 3rd or 4th floor (i kind of forgot) but they helped us with our bags. They also helped us book a tour and the location of the hotel was very convenient. :) Xem tiếp

Location is good. Near resto and walking distance to Ben Than market and Saigon Square. Clean and descent. The staff are polite and very attentive. They made my booking in Mekong tour via KIM Travel which is cheap compare to other. And also, they book me for bus going to cambodia. Breakfast is good. Cons: No elevator. You need to exercise walking the stairs. But, they have a lifting machine incase you have luggage. In recommed this hotel. You get what you pay. Xem tiếp

Pros: - the staff work super hard and are very kind! - location - this can be a pro or con depending on how you look at it...it's in the middle of the action and the bars, restaurants etc., and a pretty good walking distance to many of the major city attractions - close to the first/last stop of the 109 Yellow bus to/from the airport (at 23/9 Park) - the rooms are not new or fancy, but they were comfortable and kept well (ours was quite large) - they close the gate at 11pm, but you can ring the bell at any time and they will open it for you Cons: - location (can be a pro or con)...it can get quite loud at night when everyone's out, but we were fine with it. We had a room on the 4th floor at the front of the building and we got over the noise by the second night (or join the fun or use ear plugs:P). - there is no elevator, so expect to get in a good exercise before relaxing in aircon if you're on an upper floor Xem tiếp

Centrally located in the backpacker area, nice big, clean rooms with a compact ensuite. Friendly staff who use an electric hoist to lift luggage to your floor (you have to walk). The street below is very busy but we were on the third floor and really didn't notice any noise. Nice little, alfresco breakfast balcony, (it was a tad crowded and service was a bit slow; it seemed everyone wanted an early meal and check out and the poor waitress was managing both.) The hotel is located in a very lively street with bars, shops and plenty of restaurants, the rooms are quiet, clean and modern. Delicious breakfast is served on a cosy little terrasse on the first floor. we stayed at the hong han for a week and returned for a couple of days prior to our return flight from hcmc the hotel was exceptionally clean and very efficiently run by friendly and very helpful staff. the rooms we used were light and spacious with good aircon and fans, the roof terrace is a plus for breakfast and for me reading after the kids were in bed. the 11pm curfew was fine for us with kids though party party backpackers would probably find it too restrictive. we travelled saigon dalat bmt and nha trang. and this was the best hotel by a wide margin Xem tiếp

Hong Han staff were wonderfully helpful, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was conveniently located. I walked pretty much everywhere. If you're not looking for anything crazy fancy but totally affordable, then this is a great option. The backpacker street is also convenient with lots of restaurant choices, spas, etc. it's louder at night, but I have to say, even as a light sleeper, I had no trouble sleeping. Xem tiếp

Cons: A bit noisy from all the bars and general street revelry, also the doorbell ringing all night to let people in is a bit frustrating Pros: immaculately clean. Ok sized rooms - not large but big enough. No lift but an ingenious electronic pulley to bring luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast, coffee, juice very good.Staff so friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about all kinds of travel arrangements and happy to book for you Xem tiếp
