Địa điểm ngay trung tâm TP. HCM. Khu vực yên tỉnh. Ăn sáng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên thân thiện. Đặc biệt quản lý luôn lo lắng cho khách ngay cả những điều nhỏ nhất! Tôi sẽ quay lại KS Diamond Suite Central khi ghé thăm Saigon. Thanks you! Xem tiếp

Phòng tôi đặt là phòng dành cho 6 người, theo miêu tả trên web phòng rộng 80m2, gồm 3 giường (2 giường cỡ queen và 1 giường đôi) có bồn tắm. Tuy nhiên thực tế phòng ks bố trí cho chúng tôi là phòng 45m2, 2 giường và ko có bồn tắm. Khách sạn nói có sự nhầm lẫn thông tin do phía Agoda tự up lên và ks trước giờ chỉ cung cấp hạng phòng 45m, 2 giường là cao nhất, ko có phòng rộng hơn như trên web. Ngoài ra ks có nói sẽ hỗ trợ kê thêm đệm tuy nhiên chúng tôi ở 3 ngày ko hề có đệm kê thêm, 1 người bạn của tôi phải ngủ trên salon nguyên 3 đêm. Đồng thời trong 3 ngày đó ko có nhân viên dọn phòng (chỉ mang thêm khăn tắm và nước khoáng khi khách gọi). Ngay khi nhận phòng chúng tôi đã tìm cách gọi điện thoại trực tiếp cho agoda Vn nhưng ko được. Phía ks nói đây là do sai sót của Agoda nên ks ko chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết. Chúng tôi ghi nhận việc anh nhân viên trực quầy rất nhiệt tình khi giúp bê đồ ra xe đồng thời hỗ trợ book xe ra sân bay và vị trí ks vô cùng thuận tiện. Xem tiếp

Pros: - Rooms were spacious (7th & 2nd floor) - walking distance to Ben Thanh market & Saigon Square! - close to a great Chinese Resto across the street (try their Hongba & Hainanese chicken). you could order for To Go & just eat at the hotel since there is a kitchenette - has elec kettle, microwave, ref (the one at the 7th flr is big), utensils - a commendable pho resto nearby (turn right after exiting hotel, then 1st street, turn right again, just go straight & you won't miss it on your right. only 50,000 dong) - if you miss fastfood, a McDonald's is also about 3mins walk from hotel - no forex nearby... go to Saigon Square (at the side) for good rates Cons: - emailed that lobby will undergo repairs only a day before our arrival The lobby is very small & when you have stuff all over the place, it's not safe esp for 3 senior citizens that we were traveling with - room dusty (side table, cabinets & exhaust fan) but overall, will recommend this place! Great location to everything. The staff was wonderful I had 6 night stay with no issues This place deserve a 10. I dont know why stupid people rate low or give negative and untrue review. I will recommend to all my friends and family. When I come back I will stay here again Xem tiếp

The apartment was well maintained and had ample sleeping space for all my guests..Aircon was in good working order and the induction cooker in the kitchen was a plus point..Toilet even had a bathtub and housekeeping was done daily automatically..Wouldn't mind staying here again if I have the chance.. We stayed a week and were so impressed by the kind, friendly and helpful staff. They did our laundry, called us a cab when needed, etc., and greeted us every time we returned with smiles and even opened the door! The place had staff there 24x7. The apartment was great, and we so enjoyed the space of a separate living area and bedroom for the same price as a single room elsewhere. Cleaned every day, full-size fridge and kitchenette was a treat. One big bonus is the included breakfast at an upscale European restaurant right next door served until 10am. It was so delicious, made to order, and served as our main midddat meal! Loved the location right across from Ben Thaan market and street food at night. There are several other local restaurants nearby, as well as a fabous bakery. Ice cream place, etc. Walki g distance from most places. We loved our stay and will return, but be aware that some street noise sounds very clear in the room, a d on Friday and Saturday nights the nice restaurant downstairs opens tgeurvroiftop bar with music and you can hear it very loud in your room. We actually liked the music, so no real problem for us, and I heyvdid shutbitvdiwn after midnight, but earplugs will take care of any Street noisectgat may bother you. this place is just off the main roads, so its fairly quiet. the floor is dedicated to just your unit, with a kitchen, living room and an awesome bedroom. you can also have the breakfast served to your room! 2 points for better service: the bathtub is pretty weird, with constant leaking from either the shower or the toilet (all in the same room), making the floor quite wet. the hotel does face the construction and is fairly noisy during the day, but has an awesome view to compensate Xem tiếp

During check-in, we were told that our room is not available due to overbooking hence we were asked to stay in another room for the 1st day. I really hate moving rooms and this is very inconvenient. What a lousy day 1. Rooms deco are not practical and the material used is of budget quality. Sharp edges at the bed and cabinets. Lighting is inadequate. Toilets are poorly designed and tiles are broken. Its a disaster. Staff are generally friendly but only 1 can speak English. Breakfast is good. I will not stay here again!! Xem tiếp
