Good location for Western cuisine lovers but so far by foot to VN good restaurants. Tip: for better view, you should take high floor (6th or 7th) room with terrace or go to some cafe/bars on the way to Cat Cat village. Xem tiếp

great stay here. Massive family room with beautiful view. Staff were very helpful. Not the best breakfast in the world, but filled you up before walking. Great area next to restaurants Xem tiếp

Wonderful place but with some hiccups along the way. Went to Ba Hac Sunday market followed by a 1 and half hour cruise but it lasted only 15mins. Kids were very disappointed. Xem tiếp

We stay in Sapa 2 nights in room on second floor. We have big common veranda (for 5 rooms) with amazing view to Fansipan and another mountains. The room is biggest and clean. The massage and spa salon located on the first floor in hotel. The good breakfast. Hotel located not so far from the city center (it is a Big Plus, because you did not hear loud sounds near the hotel). Near the hotel the many restaurants, shop, booking offices and market is lacated. Xem tiếp

The bathroom is like falling apart. Bathtub isn't fixed to one side of the wall so water gets everywhere when you shower. Some old lightings don't work anymore and they don't bother to remove them. Wires running over the wall doesn't make the room looks very tidy. The slot where you shove in the key for power is very awkward. I had to tried few times just to get it right. Breakfast is so so. Occasionally there were power trips and the lights and airconditioning will go off. These usually lasted about 3-5 mins. Breakfast is basic but substantial. However, towels were not changed on a daily basis and we had to bear with one set of towels over the 3D/2N stay. Xem tiếp

We arrived early, way before check-in time but since the room was ready, we were allowed to check-in at no extra cost. The family suite was spacious and had great views of the mountains. Mit diesem Blick auf die Berge kann man nur toll schlafen, die Mitarbeiter haben bei Anfrage super Hilfe geleistet und konnten gut Englisch sprechen. Hätte kein anderes Hotel in Sapa buchen wollen. Xem tiếp
