This hotel is in the heart of old Hanoi, a perfect location for anyone who wants easy access to the charming Old Quarter. At the same time, my room was very quiet. The was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is small — 15 rooms, I think — so it can feel a bit too intimate at times, but I suppose that's part of the charm. The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. In particular, they helped me arrange a wonderful day tour. The free breakfast is plentiful and includes a buffet and made-to-order options, both Vietnamese and Western. I would stay here again. Xem tiếp

I don't even know how to start! It exceeded our expectations! We arrived early like around 10am. The staff welcomed us and helped us with our bags. Welcome drinks were served while the frontdesk checked us in early and arranged that our room and my friend's would be in the same floor (Thanks Hung!). Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Airconditioning worked perfectly especially when the weather was around 40! Fresh fruits were delivered to our room everyday. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Aside from the buffet, you can order à la carte! It is something we look forward to everyday when we wake up 😁. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed. This is by far one of the best places we've stayed. It is centrally loacated and super close to everything- restaurants, cafés, convenience store, street food, smoothie stalls, souvenir shops, spas and tourist spots! But the thing we will never forget was how we were treated here!Their service was topnotch. Will come back! Xem tiếp

The hotel is located close to everything you need. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. They provide a list of all the attractions and places to go with maps. The facilities are good. The place is quite in the centre of the Old Quarter where you have a lot of restaurants and shopping and other stuff want to sight see in Hanoi (Old Quarter). The staff is quite helpful specially Anna who I coordinated with prior trip. But all of the staff were quite attentive and always willing to help. Right in the Old Quarter, a short walk away from shopping streets, the Hoan Kiem Lake, and many good restaurants and local food places. Service is excellent-- the staff are very helpful and friendly. the only thing I didn't like was the bad acoustics. I've visited a number of hotels over the world from budget ones to luxury 5 stars. A hotel with great facilities with such a view and everything is good, but you will not be impressed. However, a hotel with fantastic service and full of warmth are the things make you impressed and your journey special. Holiday emerald hotel was not a super luxury kind but very clean and well maintained and also in a great location close to everywhere but just slightly off the main streets so it's not noisy at all. it was good enough but I wouldn't write a review for them if it wasn't the service I had. The staff there was absolutely fantastic. You will be happy entering back into the hotel after a trip in Hanoi's humid and hot weather. Warm greeting with smile from the heart, taking care of you, remembering everything you've asked for, helping you with recommended restaurants, area, spa, etc, keeping everything about you on track. Vietnam was a bit of a up and down ride with a lot of interesting happenings. But this hotel was super nice and a good home base with friendly staff clean spacious rooms and an awesome breakfast to start the day right. Right in the heart of Old Quarters. Walking distance to lake and night market, plenty of restaurants and massage places around. If you don’t want to walk just use Grab app and order yourself a bike or car for cheap cheap. Hotel staff was very friendly. I had a no window room which was appreciated to not hear the incessant honking and beeping of Hanoi streets. Shower worked well. Xem tiếp

Good location, clean hotel, we book triple room with window. They even provide us free wine! Friendly and helpful staffs.. They recommended us to try local steam chicken, superb! We went back to have it again the next day! Within walking distance to food and attractions. Xem tiếp

My husband and I spent one night at Holiday Emerald Hotel and it was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was complimentary fruit in our room and while we were out that afternoon they put a bottle of wine and 2 glasses for us ready for our return. It was Dalat wine... but still a lovely gesture and lightly refreshing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return. Xem tiếp
