Ban đầu hơi thất vọng vì ks 2sao mà ở trong hẻm nhỏ, phía trước cũ kỹ và bụi bặm. Bước vào trong ấn tượng là toàn khách tây. Tiếp đến là thái độ tiếp đón nhiệt tình của nvien khách sạn. Nvien hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và quan tâm từng khách một. Gdinh tôi có bé nhỏ nhưng vẫm cảm thấy thoải mái vì các chị lễ tân luôn vui vẻ, chơi và hỏi chuyện bé. I stayed 3 nights in a “Deluxe” room on the 4th floor. The hotel was perfect in every way. The price was very good. Location was very good. The staff at gets an A+ for customer service. Everyone I encountered was so sincerely friendly and helpful, they really brought a smile to my face each time I entered the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable. As it was a corner room, there were windows on two sides, offering a nice view of the city and plenty of natural light. The bed was super comfy, a bit softer than most Asian beds. The room had a closet, safe box, sitting table with mirror, fridge, and kettle. Bathroom had a separate tub and thus a dry floor, a nice change. Breakfast was tasty, made fresh to order from a menu. Staff here are always friendly and approachable. Good breakfast choices. The rooms are good, bathroom a little tired and pokey but always clean and comfortable. Located close to tourist area but up an alley so it's really quiet. Xem tiếp

Very helpful staff. We stayed here for one night and arrived in the afternoon. The staff helped us organise tours and where to go. We rented bikes for $1/day and cycled to the citadel. The staff helped us organise a tour plus transfer to Hoi An. Clean room, also a soft mattress! Xem tiếp

When you look for a really good home in Hue, go there: Very well looking, clean and nice rooms with everything you need – a rich breakfast – with a good location in a quiet side street, not far away from the attractions, if you like you can walk there or take one of the many cheap bicycle taxi’s - and a nice and competent staff giving good travel advices and bookings, and take care to you like you would be a member of the family. This is indeed a marvellous stay in Hue.I was curious for the high ratings when reading other reviews about this hotel before making reservation;however it was proven to me.You will be served like a king / queen in this small little hotel.First the location is strategic, VND 50,000 from Hue airport is relatively affordable to reach the entrance of the hotel.Subsequently the welcoming fruits and drinks, along with the detailed introduction of Hue by the fantastic staff.Also the unlimited delicious breakfast prepared upon demand instead of pre-cooked at a large quantity is truly memorable.Thank you and keep up the good work !! I was there for 02 nights then moved to Lang Co beach, that was great 02 nights. The hotel offered free welcome and goodbye drink (juice or coffee). They help me to book services like motobike rent, ticket to Lang Co and traditional Hue foods with a better price comparing to restaurant. I was very pleased with their service. This was my second stay in this hotel, the first time being 18 months ago. It did not disappoint me and I was as satisfied this time as I was my first visit. The rooms are quite basic but very comfortable and clean with good facilities. It is the staff and the service that make this hotel. We were greeted on arrival with a cold drink, cold towels and fruit. Every day when we returned from the sweltering heat we were given a cold drink and towels. The staff are very attentive and will do anything they can to help your stay be the best possible. Breakfast is great with a menu you choose from and a buffet of fresh fruit, drinks and toast. They organise trips and transport at competitive rates. Would definitely return if I was to come back to Hue. Thank you :-) Xem tiếp

We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to Vietnam some years ago now. It was great then and is just as good now. These people do amazing things with the resources they have. This hotel has no swimming pool, no gym, no massive buffet breakfast, but this hotel still ranks #1. Rooms were a bit old but lots of small details made the stay comfortable - bed was very comfortable and everything worked well - hot, fast shower, good Wifi connections.
