I actually stayed here for a month over the Covid-19 social distancing period. The staff here are very caring, helpful and warm. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, with birds, a river, pet dogs, a pool and lovely flowers. The breakfast is delicious and filling. I can't thank these guys enough for looking after me throughout this challenging time. Bicycles are free to use. Not too far from Cua dai beach and about 4 kms to the old town. My parents have been here for the 2nd time and loved it again. It was low season so barely any other guests were there. They got a really big room, which was super clean, enjoyed daily house keeping by the lovely staff, enjoyed wonderful and extensive breakfast meals, and were happy with their stay around. The villa is located a bit away from all the noise, next to river and field, so you can really enjoy some relaxing time here. The pool is also well taken care of and clean. The owner and all staff is very nice and helpful. The only negative is probably the bicycles that are quite old, hard to ride, and should be swapped for new ones soon. Thanks again in my parents' name to Frangipani. They'll be back soon :) Xem tiếp

Loved this area, as I could enjoy less noise and Traffic. For a budget Home stay type place . Only breakfast supplied . very basic baguette jam butter and egg variety. Nescafe satchets and water supplied. For me and the price this is fine. Xem tiếp

We can highly recommend Frangipani Villa. The area is beautiful, you can cycle to town and to the beach easily and for us it was much better to stay next o the river and fields than in the busy and loud city center. The family is super nice, helpful and very attentive. You get plenty enough for breakfast and the rooms are very clean and spacious. You can't go wrong here, unless you want to cycle to old town several times a day, then better look for something closer. Thanks again! Xem tiếp

The two pool-side rooms we stayed in had their doors opening into the small but clean swimming pool on the property, which is great for a relaxing dip. The reception and breakfast area is enveloped by palm and frangipani trees providing a wonderful environment for family chit-chat. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fresh pineapple juice and pineapple jam (in fact we bought half a bottle of jam for home). Staff is nice and supportive and understands basic English. But most importantly, this property is only 50 m from an extremely quiet section of the Thu Bon river. Rent kayaks from Serene river villas (100 m from the hotel) and enjoy the most peaceful kayaking experience of your lives! P.S.: We got an extraordinary deal from agoda for the 3-night stay in 2 pool-facing rooms. So, the benefits defied all expectations. Xem tiếp

They were so hopeful. Hau was our concierge and did everything we could ask of him. The staff were exceptional, even helping us arrange for Santa to come on Christmas. We were sad to leave but excited to return! We highly recommend this rental. It’s close to Old Town but far enough away to feel like you’re in the countryside. And...their coffee is the best!! Super friendly staff, pool, spacious rooms great breakfasts and free bikes to use as you wish make this a superb base for Hoi An (15 to 20 mins) and nearest beach 10 mins (great beaches just 5mins further). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great views of the fields and river from our balcony made if feel very relaxing. Good local restaurants nearby too. Definately would stay again! Xem tiếp

Good location 10mins bike ride to the beach and old town, bikes are free. 5$ to rent a scooter if you prefer. Staff very helpful. Has a nice calm relaxed atmosphere that you don't get with big hotels. Large clean room, lovely pool with nice loungers. Breakfast was lovely, best place we've stayed in Vietnam so far. Xem tiếp

We first arrived and were given amazing complimentary fruit juices. Our room was really nice and big bed. Free use of bicycles which is really helpful. 10 minute bike ride to the beach, and 20 minute ride to Old Town. The staff were amazing. Very nice pool and great breakfast. Nothing but perfect. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We missed the breakfast hours (7-10) a couple of times, and still got breakfast when we woke up! Simply just an a amazing place. And the location of the hotel is perfect! It is located right in between the beach and the center of Hoi An - with about 5-10 minutes on a bicycle to either places. Xem tiếp

If you stay in Hoi An, you have the choice between the hotels in the inner city, and villas at the outskirts. for equivalent quality, the former are twice or three times more expensive than the latter. Red Frangipani is a bit outside the city, on the riverside. You need to take a bicycle or a motorbike to get to the nearest restaurant. (you can eat at the villa though). Like at most hotels in Hoi An, bicycles are avaible for free. The swimming pool is 10 meters long, and as for the breakfast you are asked each day what you want to eat in the next morning. The quality of the rooms is excellent, around 35-40m2 with huge beds and nice furnitures. The villa is only 2 years old, has 11 rooms, and you can sense that everything is new. There is a nice garden, the whole place is very green. I only paid 16 euros a night and this price is just unbeatable for this level of quality. Xem tiếp
