There are mant reasons to recommend Jade Hotel Hoi An — the comfortable beds, excellent WiFi, clean bathrooms w reliable hot water, the swim marble pool, the pool table, the food bikes for rent, the incredible breakfasts, the proximity to an excellent restaurant (TinTin) and a couple of lovely inexpensive spas, the quiet location between Old Town and the beaches — but those are only part of the reason this place gets five stars. What distinguishes Jade Hotel is the amazingly wonderful service. The word ‘service’ doesn’t do justice to the welcoming, fun-loving, helpful, caring, staff, especially but one-of-many Mr. Henry. They make this place a very special experience with no detail too small to warrant their loving attention. Recommended absolutely. Xem tiếp

Hotel 14 mins walking distance from da Nang - Hoi An bus station, 18 mins walk to the old town riverside, however hotel often motorbike 6USD / bicycle 1USD rental services, we actually use the bicycles 2 days travel around. We stay in the room 302, very huge comfortable bed, cozy lanterns lighting room, we had good night sleep, hotel breakfast is basic but you gave a menu to choice and they fresh cook for you, love their little touch on breakfast plate. We only got one small problem is our room hot water have some problem shower water very little, complain on first night late night when we return from dinner, next morning we got offered to upgrade to family room ,double size with pool view.....but my bf love our cozy room, we don’t mind to take slow water shower for the rest 2 days.... Suggest to stay in this hotel, they got a nice pool in garden & a pool table next to Resturant. Xem tiếp

Strong shower with plenty of hot water. Could have done with another towel. Decent toiletries. Spotlessly clean room. Good breakfast. Fruit, bread, coffee, tea etc on buffet, menu to order. Good choice of local and western food, and as much as you want. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean pool was very welcome after a long, hot day. Highly recommend this hotel. Good value for money. I'm pleased I booked with the Jade Hotel! The strongest point of this Hotel is its 5 Star staff, and I am not overstating this, excellent English and were in arranging and giving me very informed information on virtually any question a tourist or Traverler could ask, I was Booked a flight to Hanoi that a rate cheaper than anything I could find on internet! A warm and welcoming Hotel from the time I entered till the time I left! A good Breakfast as well good selection of English Channels On TV and a Swimming Pool large enough to do laps in! Great hotel :) Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately it was raining quite a lot when we were there but the pool area looked nice. The staff were the nicest and friendliest I've ever met - they even gave us a Valentines card whilst we were there and emailed after we left to see how we were doing! Xem tiếp

We stayed there on February, 2017. It was an awesome hotel, spacious room, Swimming Pool, good location and buffet basic breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and helped us a lot with good advice. They provided us Bi-cycle for free. I recommend strongly this hotel for the budget/backpacking travelers. Xem tiếp

A wonderful welcome and stay overall. The staff here were so friendly at all times of the day or night. They even sent a personal 'Merry Christmas' email a few days after we had left! It is a bit of a longer walk away from the centre of Hoi An than some of the other hotels, but with a bicycle you are at the water in 3 minutes flat. And the added bonus if the great pool and quiet surroundings more than make up for it! Xem tiếp

Words can't describe how much I enjoyed my stay at the Jade Hotel. From check-in to check-out, every single one at the hotel has been brilliant and I could not thank them enough for it. Minh was a lovely person and he brought hospitality to a whole new level. Henry was too kind to let me extend my check-out time as I had a late flight back. The people at breakfast were lovely as well, a pity I didn't get their names but I would like to thank them as well. I highly recommend having a good conversation with them and they would not hesitate to speak to you at the hotel lobby. It felt as if we have been good friends forever! The only possible downside I could think of is the location of the hotel. While it is located between An Bang beach and the ancient town, it is still quite a distance. Its about a 10-15 mins stroll to the ancient town and the road leading to the hotel could be quite dark. It was still a lovely walk and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this hotel! Xem tiếp

What a wonderful place to stay. Wonderful accommodations and excellent staff. I was greeted by name and given upgraded rooms. Before heading to the rooms staff provided a fruit juice and tropical fruit plate. The rooms were large and comfortable. There were small bottles of water provided along with tea and coffee in the room. A small refrigerator with larger bottles of water, soda and beer available for a reasonable price. The pool was lovely and refreshing. We had one evening meal at the restaurant which was tasty. The pasta was a large portion. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Jade and would choose to stay again. If you want to be close to the old town center, this hotel is about a 20 minute walk. Due to the heat we opted for a taxi. Xem tiếp
