Tuyệt vời
Một trong những resort có bố trí và không gian khá tốt. Tuy nhiên, buffet sáng chưa phong phú và nấu chưa ngon, nhân viên đi lại làm việc và nói chuyện với nhau có âm lượng hơi to, cần chú ý để tránh làm phiền khách cần sự yên tĩnh. Xem tiếp

Gia đình gồm 3 người lớn và 1 em bé, được nhân viên sắp xếp phòng có thêm 1 giường phụ, tuy nhiên do phòng nhỏ nên giường phụ được xếp ở vị rí ngay dưới chân, rất bất tiện, giường cứng, kêu cót két hơi ồn. Tuy nhiên nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Ăn sáng đa dạng, vị trí vào trung tâm phố cổ cũng tương đối gần, chỉ 5 phút đi xe. Phòng khá sạch, đẹp. Xem tiếp

Hài Lòng
Lúc đặt phòng xem review khá tốt nhưng đến khi ở có đôi chút thất vọng. Ưu điểm : Sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình, bể bơi ngoài trời sạch thoáng đẹp. Nhược điểm: Nhà hàng phục vụ khách Tây là chính nên nấu đồ ăn Việt khá khó ăn. Thực đơn ít, nhà mình vẫn phải ăn ba bữa vì xung quanh khách sạn khá hẻo lánh ít hàng ăn. Lúc ăn xong các bạn nhân viên cũng chu đáo hỏi xem có vừa miệng không nhưng thực sự nhà mình phải cố ăn cho xong bữa. Quy mô khách sạn nhỏ. không gian nhỏ không có chỗ chơi cho trẻ con. We had a great stay at Hoi An Ecolodge. Beautiful and spacious rooms and grounds. The free shuttle sevribes to Ancient Town and the beach were terrific. We had an issue at the restaurant but it was appropriately remedied. Xem tiếp

I accompanied elderly parents and enjoyed the 2 night stay. Everything such as room size, bed, meal, shower, massage, etc., was recommendable. Amongst all, the counter staff's kind attitude and willing assist to the customers' need were outstanding. They should be the asset of the hotel. Should I suggest one trivial thing, it would better to provide a regular plastic bottled water instead of the current refillable glass bottle. The lodge was located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town however only a 5 minute taxi ride to the centre. Room was big, spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and so so friendly. We stayed for 6 nights and we were well looked after. Xem tiếp

I have two nights stay at this hotel, great satisfaction with my stay, the staffs is very professional, very attentive to our needs and the manager come to approach us what she can offer help on our first day arrival. This is a wonderful hotel if you just want to sit back and relax. It has a great pool area, it's clean, has a great restaurant, and comfortable beds. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and will help you with anything you need. They have free shuttles to and from the beach and the ancient town, however, I do feel they should be a bit more frequent. Also, the wifi was not good which was unfortunate. We had a lovely stay and loved the large, palm-filled garden, the room which was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean, the breakfast with plenty of tasty Western and Asian choices, and staff who were friendly and helpful. Although a 10-minute taxi ride from the historical center, we have enjoyed the quiet, green surroundings and took advantage of the free bicycles provided by the hotel to explore both Hoi An and the villages dotted on the way to the beach. We stayed for 1 night at NYE and despite the very bad & cold weather, the warm smiles of the staff brightened up our stay. Club room was lovely with an outdoor bathtub, super-comfortable beds and a patio overlooking the pool. 2 comments are that for a property labelled as a "Lodge & Spa", they need to expand the Spa services list from the current 4 or 5 types of massage (I would expect a packed-menu of services in a Spa resort). This was the reason I only gave 'satisfactory' for "Location" as a "resort-retreat" location such as this should have absolutely everything a guest needs, meaning they never need to leave the property. A new hotel which is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape and unwind. Located in a quiet hamlet about 5km from Hoi An's old quarter the Eco lodge offers a very beautiful and relaxing environment. The staff are extra friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable. The TV reception is not clear but that's true of all hotels in Vietnam. The only downside is the spa services - they are only limited to massages, no facials or other treatments. The prices are double what they are in town, but during my stay they had a 50% off promotion so I tried a deep tissue massage. The masseuse was very friendly but she just didn't have the strength to make it a truly effective massage and couldn't understand when I asked her to apply more pressure. We were so glad that we picked Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa for our stay in Hoi An. It was absolutely perfect and the staff was so service-minded. It's a fairly new hotel and they're still building here and there but nothing that'll annoy you for sure. We stayed in the biggest room - the Club Suite - and if you wanna spoil yourself this is really nice, especially with the outdoor bathtub and the terrace with sun chairs for relaxing. We went to the spa the day after arrival and wasn't disappointed. My boyfriend had a 90 min deep tissue massage and I had the same as well as a 30-minute salt body scrub and a 30-minute aloe vera and honey body wrap. After finishing I was offered a cup of tea and a small snack. They had a promotion for 50% off for all treatments as they just opened recently - so very affordable. We borrowed the hotel bicycles for free and went to An Bang Beach for a full day - really nice ride and very easy to find. We didn't mind that the hotel wasn't located in the centre of Hoi An. We could've used the hotel's free shuttle buses that went to both An Bang Beach and Hoi An centre several times a day, but we forgot about it and went by cab instead. It was a short 10-minute drive and cost around 80-90.000 vdn. We had dinner at the hotel twice which was really good. No complaints at all. The breakfast was good as well with the possibility to have a freshly cooked omelette, scrambled eggs etc. The only recommendation would be to cover the fresh meats and fruit so the small flies can't access it as easily. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect and we will for sure recommend it to everyone staying in Hoi An. Xem tiếp

Great boutique resort with good service and a nice room design. The resort is complete new with a beautiful swimming pool. They resort is a little bit outside of Hoi An center (approx. 2km) but its very quiet there and they offer a free shuttle bus service to the old town and An Bang Beach several times per day.
