Mình biết đến khách sạn qua một người bạn. Ban đầu chỉ đặt phòng Suite nhưng vì bạn mình đặt thêm phòng Grand, thế là phòng mình được upgrade lên phòng Grand. Mình hoàn toàn hài lòng trong suốt quãng thời gian lưu trú tại khách sạn, các em nhân viên đều lễ phép, thân thiện, bác bảo vệ luôn vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, mở cửa xe mỗi lúc bọn mình đi chơi về, nhắc không được quên đồ. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay trở lại HoianChic và giới thiệu cho bạn bè của mình. Xem tiếp

This is our second visit and it lived up to expectations. The thing that makes this place excellent are the amazing staff who are just so friendly, helpful and just a little bit magical. I have mixed feelings about this place. Pros: tasteful rooms with outdoor bath on ground level fantastic breakfast US jeep transportation to old town and beach included in price quiet location cons: beds are hard air-con blows directly onto your head no ceiling fans extortionist menu (for example 150,000vd for a very unexciting and bland noodles, veg and chicken or pork) quite a rip off really. very intimate grounds so don't expect too much privacy if you are located on the ground floor near the restaurant pool area is definitely not suited to little children. pool is quite small and on the roof, the pool gets crowded very easily. when we were staying one of the sunshades were broken so the pool is in the direct sun. 4 sunlounges are in the water and 2 double sunlounges are on the decking right at the entrance. the plastic cushions are stinking hot from direct sun. there are stairs leading up to the pool behind the restaurant. there isn't a gate blocking these stairs so if you have fast and curious kids like we do, this isn't exactly ideal. we didn't participate in any activities look, I'm glad we tried this place out, the outdoor bath is great and my preschoolers really enjoyed relaxing and playing out there but on the whole, we have found Vietnam to be very expensive and pricing itself out of the market. if you are a die hard for tastefully decorated rooms you may enjoy a night or 6 on their rock hard beds but I really feel they are overpriced and overrated. there are equally good, if not better, hotels out there for a cheaper price. in my opinion better suited to families with kids 8 and over. Exceptional staff, wonderful design, sumptuous breakfasts. This clean and comfortable hotel is set in paddy fields away from the maddening crowds but easily accessible especially as free shuttle service is provided throughout the day and evening. Xem tiếp

Hotel was amazing, i love the rice field and all decorations. They had shuttle bus to downtown and the room was fantastic too. However staffs were not as professional as I expected except the receptionist i met on the first day. All others had more preferences on foreigners I believe. They were not rude but they didnt bring me such warm welcome like what they did to other guests fr other countries. Xem tiếp

Hotel is not located at Hoi An Old town center, but hotel provides free shuttle bus service. Hotel surrounded by greed rice field, which is different from those hotels located at the town center. Hotel rooms are so big and nice. Sincere and helpful hotel staff. Xem tiếp

This was such a great, great hotel. The hotel and grounds were charming, with great attention to detail. Everything was artistic, simple and yet still luxurious. The staff were genuinely friendly. Our kids made kites at the free workshop and loved it. It is a real green hotel. Lots of clever ways to promote local arts and crafts, reduce waste and water. located in the middle of old town and beach, not a problem as hotel provides free shuttle to Bebe Tailor (in old town) & beach or you can use their free bicycle, just exploring the town by cycling, it's so convenient! Hotel provide pick up from airport - VND400,000.00 taxi from hotel to old town - VND 50,000.00 We booked Grand Suite and in love with their bathtub and the room is so spacious! what a lovely boutique hotel.. location is 5-10 mins drive from Hoi An old town BUT we wanted that way, because we want to stay by the green rice fields and away from the tourists. Beautiful spacious room with separate (huge) bathroom .. nice views of the rice fields.. birds chipping, very peaceful overall. Staffs are SO friendly, food is ok not exceptional but acceptable. Lovely hotel at the middle of paddy field. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle jeep to old town. Complimentary usage of bicycle (about 15mins ride to old town). Very attentive staffs. Clean and big room, house keepers clean the room 2-3 times a day. Overall, it is value for money. Will be back again. Xem tiếp

Tiny but lovely restaurant, with hand-made yogurt, fresh fruit juices and delicious Beef/Chicken Pho, all with unlimited offer. Decent and elegant room design at the room on both ground floor (couple room) and second floor (family room). Friends met on kit-making class, with practical playing time! The hotel is located quite a distance from the Hoi An Old Town. Good for travelers who prefer a peaceful and quiet environment. The bedroom is big and comes with a balcony. There is even an outdoor bathroom in our room! Free wifi (and fast speed) in each room. They even provide a laptop in each room. The swimming pool in the hotel is rather small so we didn't go at all. There is a free jeep to/fro hotel and Old Town and the beach. However, the timetable is fixed. So most of the time we took taxi to go around the town. The hotel staffs are friendly. They would help us to book the local tour. One of the SPA which they recommend is NA SPA, which is really good and reasonable price. It is so relaxing and it's located in the middle of paddy field as well. They help us to book the SPA packages as well. You must try their Cao Lao which was served in their restaurant. IT WAS SO GOOD! We tried Cao Lao at other places in Hoi An and we still find the one in the hotel the best! Xem tiếp

My friends and I stayed at the Hoi An Chic during Chinese New Year and it was well beyond our expectations! The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. We loved the outdoor rain shower! The swimming pool is small but very nice and has a great view of the surrounding rice paddy fields. The location is great, halfway between the Old Town and the beach. Bicycles are provided so you can cycle anywhere you like or there is a shuttle that runs to the town a few times a day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something a bit quieter but still very convenient. Xem tiếp

I am another happy guest stayed at Hoi An Chic Hotel. My friend left her accessories case in the safe. Hotel send us an email immediately after cheking out. We managed to get it back in Hotel in Da Nang on the next day. Everything was so nice. I love hotel location which is between the town and the beach. Hoi An Chic is a lovely new hotel with some great features. The tropical garden they have planted is lush and beautiful. The pool is pleasant in the late afternoon. We were able to walk from the hotel to restaurants in the evening. I felt a bit strange looking at local people working in the rice paddies from the plush comfort of the balcony or the pool.
