Vị trí thuận tiện, rất gần phố cổ, đi bộ chút là tới, nv rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo, từ bác bảo vệ cho đến bạn lễ tân. Phòng xinh xắn, chỉ có điều hôm đó mình bị nhận phòng hơi muộn, nhưng không sao, mình vẫn cảm thấy nơi này rất tuyệt và lần tới ở hội an mình vẫn sẽ ở đây ❤️ Xem tiếp

This was one of the best, if not the best hotel we stayed in South-East Asia. It has everything you need. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, all the time basically. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a huge and comfy double bed, with a super convenient and big bathroom. We also loved the garden, it has a great pool and lots of colourful flowers, pool towels, it's a really nice place to relax and you can order drinks for a reasonable price. And the best was the breakfast, there was basically everything - buffet style and fresh made things as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel anytime, we loved it here a lot. Xem tiếp

This hotel is amazing. We stayed in the triple room and it was perfect. Large room with a large bathroom. It was really spacious and everything worked in the room. The breakfast was great. So much choice and have some different selection of food everyday. However, the most amazing thing about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are so attentive, caring, nicest and professional people. I wana thank Rosie, Tam, No, Duy, Day, Suong, Cindy and Helen for making our stay so memorable. Chloé, Helen and a young man who also takes care of the clients at the Front Desk are simply amazing. All the staff in this hotel is obvioulsy selected and trained to be « top notch » The result is just perfect. My wife and I shared the same appreciation . Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the old town, markets, and good restaurants, but it is still very quiet. The rooms are huge and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom is also huge with a very efficient shower. The free bikes are in good condition and we used them often. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choice . We can't wait to return! Xem tiếp

Pros: impeccable staff; fabulous location; beautiful colonial style building; ideal breakfast setting outdoors between trees (instead of in a stuffy, sterilized, air conditioned room); pool not large but perfect for a swim break (hardly anyone there). Cons: the prices of tours and cars available from the hotel are probably pricier than what you can get and negotiate at a travel agency. Xem tiếp

It is our second time staying at Hoian Central Hotel. The rooms are large and clean, the bed is comfortable and the fan and air con are nice to have. And he location is great, just outside the pedestrian area of Old Town. The breakfast is also great with a lot to choose from; local and western options. The coffee is great! The staff are all so nice and helpful. The young man who checked us in noticed it was my birthday so ordered flowers to give me and tried to stall our check in until the flowers arrived, very cute. We will be back to Hoian and will stay at Hoian Central again. Thanks to everyone including Rosie! Xem tiếp

Hotel receptionist was very friendly and spoke english very well. The room was big and clean, i had a triple room and we got 3 single beds which is rare for triple room. Location is very central and free bikes to ride around was a plus :) Only downside that there weren't escalators only stairs so not suitable if you are an older person. Xem tiếp

The hotel is situated in a good location near the old town. The hotel staff, Ms Rossie and her colleague can speak good English and are very helpful in explaining the places of interest in Hoian and available tours which can be arranged through the hotel. This is absolutely a wonderful hotel. I took a shuttle bus to get there and receptionists are wonderful people. The room is pretty spacious, with a great balcony view. This place is 8-10min walk away from old town, it’s peaceful at night. Xem tiếp

Immaculate hotel in a great location. Staff were all great without exception. Great breakfast. Lovely room. Not much of a view but not a problem. Too much to see and do to be sitting about in the room. Would highly recommend Xem tiếp

The hotel is very nice situated and the old town, nightmarket, templebridge.. are in walking distance. There are bikes to borrow for free at the hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious, although I would recommend a higher floor, as we were on the groundfloor and we had a wall just outside our window. This hotel was absolutely lovely. I was here for two weeks on business after moving from another hotel that was way out of town. It's like a breath of fresh air! The breakfast is lovely and generous. The pool is absolutely beautiful although the water does get hot during the day. The staff are absolutely lovely and so friendly. Although perhaps a little too attentive at breakfast. I stayed a third floor room with a balcony which was absolutely beautiful. Wifi worked great, aircon was fabulous and it was nice and quite. It's in a great spot - about 8 minutes walk from town. I would also recommend Bo's coffee around the corner for the best coconut coffees in town! I will definitely be back again. Xem tiếp
