Ưu điểm: phòng đẹp rộng rãi,khá gần trung tâm,buffet sáng khá ngon.phục vụ vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Nhược điểm: phòng lát gạch hoa nên tạo cảm giác ko sạch sẽ khi đi chân không.bể bơi nhỏ nên bất tiện khi sử dụng. Xem tiếp

Tôi hoàn toàn bất ngờ và sốc khi nhận phòng, phòng quá nhỏ, nhìn rất thảm, hoàn toàn ko giống chút nào với những hình ảnh được đăng trên web. Có cảm giác đây là cái nhà kho được sửa lại thành phòng cho khách ở vậy. Giường thì kêu cót két, chạm nhẹ cũng kêu, đến nỗi tôi ko dám ngồi lên nữa. Cửa sắt rỉ sét, hoàn toàn chẳng ăn nhập j` với cái phòng. Tôi ko thể ở được, cuối cùng phải bù thêm tiền để chuyển qua ở luôn trong căn villa nhỏ với người bạn của mình. Nói chung tôi qua sức thất vọng, nếu nói điểm cộng thì chỉ được khu vườn và bể bơi, nhưng đó chỉ là điểm phụ, còn nhu cầu ở vẫn là chính thì hoàn toàn ko đáp ứng được! Xem tiếp

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay here. The Villas are perfect to relax and spread out in with loads of room and all the comfort of home. The Team that run the homestay are super friendly and will organise what ever you need. The complex has a great pool and lush gardens. A taxi to town costs or you can use the bikes to get around for free. We loved our stay here. Xem tiếp

Though the superior room was pretty small we enjoyed since everything was fine and the staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable far beyond expectations. One can easily get a room that size but you'll hardly ever get such a service. With the free bicycles it's easy to explore the Old Town of Hoi An and surroundings. Xem tiếp

the hotel is very lovely where can bring us a "feel like home" feeling. we spent 3-night-getaway trip in a hospitalized, friendly, cordial and high-touch service and treatment. the room is cozy with elegant decoration, convenient equipment and pretty room-setting. we got very great help from house owner with the share of spices, electric cooking machine when we wanted to cook for our meal in the room. stil, they showed their best helping hand when we asked to buy something there back to home. i'll certainly come back one day soon if i stay in hoi an. it's a very good destination to be a hide-out for your trip. highly recommended! All rooms are surrounded by plants & flowers. Everything is clean & tidy. All people (including the family members & staff) there are friendly, helpful with lots of smile. Breakfast is good, I was surprised that it offers various choice from Vietiam tastes to western style! I do re-visit it when I go to Vietnam again! Xem tiếp

the staff/family are very welcoming, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. the grounds are wonderful, the bungalows are very clean, with 14 foot ceilings, very spacious, well appointed. the mattresses are too hard for my liking however. there are aircon units in both bedrooms, and the living area, and tv's too. the pool is clean, and shady in the afternoon, great to sit and relax after a hard day. the bicycles are free, and in good order. there is a small local market about 5 min walk towards the beach, with no tourists. very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay in a deluxe room at the original location (Homestay). Bright sunny room and a very sweet cake and flowers for our room. Staff very sweet and eager to help although they speak limited English. Overall would highly recommend! Xem tiếp

Botanic Garden Villas was perfect for us. The staff were all very friendly. The buffet breakfasts were tasty and filling. The pools were a great place to hang out and relax on hot days. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider visiting again. Xem tiếp

This little hotel was so nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Free bike rentals!! The Breakfast was just "Okay" and the coffee was not that great, which was weird considering Vietnam is known to have good coffee. Overall though our stay here was VERY Nice! I would stay again. Xem tiếp

This is the first time I book a fully furnished apartment in a homestay for my vacation, and it may be one of the best choices that I have ever made. A very humble, cozy and totally natural place hidden in a small labyrinth of trees and flowers has exceeded my expectation. In addition, receptionists are two beautiful Vietnamese girls who never stop smiling and are very informative in guiding tours, must-see attractions as well as giving advices for leather goods purchase. I wish I could extend the holiday there one more weeks to explore the garden and its charming swimming pool. Highly recommend for small families who need space and kitchenware for meal preparation and simple writing table for working in vacation. Xem tiếp

I had a very enjoyable stay. The front desk lady is amazing. She brings you a welcome cocktail and goes through a map of the city so you can get your bearrings. Every night when we got home she asked how our day was. It honestly felt like a second home. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. On Wednesday they have a dinner for all their guests, which I find is a really nice touch. Lucky the dog there is so precious. The free bikes made it easy for us to get to the beach and the city centre, it was the perfect location because it's quiet at night. We extended our stay because we liked it so much there. I forgot my cell phone and they tried to deliver it to me before boarding the plan. When they couldn't get it to me on time they sent it by bus and I got it the next morning. great visit free bikes was a nice benefit,. beautiful setting, great location, beautiful rooms, ok food, very nice staff downside, it was hard to sit a the pool--only 2 chairs and hard to get to them. But the rest of the place was great. IT gets 5 stars with me Xem tiếp

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's simply a lovely little paradise in a wonderful place. I ended up staying a week here after the fast pace of Hanoi. The garden is lovely, the pool immaculate, the family who own it go out of their way to help and the breakfast is very nice, made to order. In the generously sized room the bed was decorated with swans made out of towels sprinkled with real flower petals. The seating area has a lovely tea set and an electric hot water pot. The bed is a bit hard (Asian style) but I slept well every single night. Laundry is cheap and so is the mini bar in the refrigerator. It's only a 15 minute walk to the enchanting Ancient city and to the beach in the other direction. You can borrow one of their bikes if you choose. There are only 2 minor drawbacks: the bikes are very wobbly and if you haven't ridden in awhile you may want to practice first rather than ending up rolling down an embankment like I did. ( nothing hurt but my ego) Taxi drivers have a hard time finding this place even when you show them the address and a map. Otherwise, you will fall in love with Botanic Garden Homestay. I did. We stayed in a 2 bed bungalow next to the pool (which is small but perfect for the kids to splash about in, and adults to cool off). The location was ideal for us, very quiet, 2 minutes walk to a river spur and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. To get to the centre of Hoi An the staff will happily call you a taxi, which then only takes a couple of minutes to arrive. The bungalow itself was looking a little tired in places but was clean and the beds were comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Xem tiếp

I spent 2 nights at Botanic Garden homestay and generally it was ok. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, lovely garden and cheap laundry. I would rate this homestay 8 if I haven't tried the neighbouring one, which to me offer better services with higher-quality facilities within the same range of price. Large choice for breakfast but average quality, room -especially bathroom need renovation and there were too many mosquitoes at night... Xem tiếp
