This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A delicious buffet style breakfast is served on the second floor open terrace. The location is a few minutes from the old town area and a great touch was a glass of cold fresh fruit juice when returning to the hotel in the afternoon. Xem tiếp

The staff was very helpful. Everyday we got back to the hotel, they gave us a drink or fruit. They arranged transfers with someone who helped us to buy a bus ticket at the local bus station. Very nice hotel! Xem tiếp

I have been returning to this hotel for the last 6 years and would not stay anywhere else. Great location and a staff who makes me feel like family. As a solo traveler I always meet interesting people at breakfast time and enjoy the view From the terrace. And what a breakfast! Enough to keep you going till dinner. The owner Madam An invites all the guests once a week for a delicious dinner prepared by the staff . You get to meet everyone and have a good time talking about travel among other things... Xem tiếp

The staff are so kind, friendly and want to help you in any way possible. The little extras were so appreciated. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport which was so very helpful. When we arrived, we were greeted with tea, coconut cookies, and fruit. Our room was extremely clean and there was plenty of hot water. The Wifi worked adequately. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in our 7 weeks of traveling. Coffee, croissants, Danish, eggs, yogurt, fruit and creme brulee! They organized our bus trip to Hue and arranged us to be picked up at the hotel for a transfer to the bus station. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet, there was some street noise in the morning. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to the old town. Also, we were given a "parting gift" when we left! Never in all my years of travel have I ever received a gift for staying at a hotel. So, if you decide to stay, tell Hien and Cuc hello! Xem tiếp

It is almost like a large homestay. Excellent and helpful staff. Great breakfast. However, I would not recommend due to the age of the facilities but further to that point is that it is almost turned into a backpacker hostel. We absolutely loved our stay at Hoang Trinh hotel. Without exception all staff were absolutely fantastic, very attentive, friendly and always happy to help with even the smallest thing we may need. Room was impeccable, decor reflecting classic Vietnamese style, tastefully designed. Breakfast was always a highlight of our day. Delicious food including anything from pho to croissants, perfect coffee and a beautiful view! Location was also amazing, only 2 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets but far enough to have quiet rest in the hotel. What I've read in most of the other reviews say it all: A really good deal with a helpful staff at a great location. The breakfast on the third floor balcony is a nice way to start the day (as long as it doesn't get too crowded). I had a room on the bottom floor next to reception. Smallish and a little dark with little natural light. Probably better on the other floors. That said, it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable and had everything I needed, though there was a lack of shampoo in the otherwise abundant toiletries. Xem tiếp

The staff was excellent and organized several trips in/near HoAn for me. They also organized bus and plane ticket. My room looked over a temple complex. And was near the old town. The breakfast was amazing. I would strongly recommend this place. Xem tiếp
