Pros: _ Chủ nhà & lễ tân rất hiền, thân thiện, nhiệt tình. _ Phòng có nội thất mới, khá tiện nghi (có cả két sắt dù chỉ là homestay). _ Giá rẻ. _ Thích hợp mọi đối tượng nghỉ dưỡng từ 1 mình, cặp đôi, công việc hay cả gia đình. Cons: _ Ở 2 đêm mà ko ai dọn phòng. _ Nước nóng lâu và khi có ng ở phòng khác dùng thì lúc nóng lúc lạnh rất bất tiện. _ Phòng cách âm chưa tốt. _ Phòng std chỉ có cửa sổ thông ra hành lang và cửa sập trên cao, ko có view. Ms Flower and the staff are absolutely lovely. They made our stay a delight. The place feels like home, it's a 15min walk from the city center and very well located close to shops. Ms Flower upgraded our room to the best one and we are so grateful, they were super helpful. We would come back any time. Thanks a lot! Xem tiếp

The homestay was clean but the reception and front part was full of cockroaches, and it seems that the personal didn’t even ca ca about it. The shared room has a lot of humidity and it’s very hot, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Also the privacy in this room is non existent, because the beds are very close to each other and they don’t have curtains. The matress is the hardest one that we sleeped in 3 months in Southest Asia, it was the same to sleep in the floor. The only good thing was that they give free bikes for the guests. Clean, comfy, and accessible to all. Walking distance to the bus stop (Free Shuttle) going to the Vinpearl Land. You can rent their bicycle for 20-30K VND or their MotorBike for $5US for the whole day. There is also a nearby foodchain for 30k VND for a full meal. The only problem is their maingate is always locked beyond 10pm. Xem tiếp

The photos of the rooms on the website were probably made when the place was just newly built. Not the same in reality! Humid, dark rooms with lots mold and fungus on the walls. The airco barely worked. Not friendly, grumpy personal, only interested in pushing you buy all sort of tours. The only positive thing is free bikes. Not a pleasant stay for us. After reading the other reviews, we came well prepared. Basically, the owner has another hotel and farms customers out to this property, coming up with some lame excuse as to why. The "water didn't work" in our room, and we were asked to consider the "other place", but I said I wanted to stay put. We were "upgraded" to a family room, but it looked nothing like the one in the pictures. It had black mould on the walls and the wooden doors and windows were being eaten by insects (which you could hear at night). After this incident, the owner barely gave us the time of day. It's really annoying when you do all your research to find the right hotel and are asked to move to another property with no idea of how that place is. They use pretty pictures to attract clients and move the guests to fill up another hotel. Also some weird stuff happened to our scooters while we were there. My friend's petrol disappeared twice and my brake cable snapped. Coincidence? Shady stuff indeed. Xem tiếp

We love our stay there. The owner, miss Thu, is very friendly and helpful. There is a kind of mix in the room arrangement when we arrived but she solved it quickly and offer us a very good room to stay with the same price. The homestay is located in Hai Ba Trung street, quite far from the center but there are bicycles for rent with only 30.000 dong for a day. Recommend! Xem tiếp

Like in some of the other reviews, when we arrived, the "water was not working in our (twin) room" . So we were asked to stay at another place. It's so irritating when you research somewhere and book based on the pics and other reviews, but end up being ushered away to different accommodation. So I insisted we stay in that place, which the owner did not seem too impressed with. In any case, we ended up with a slightly run-down family room, mould on the walls, noisy fridge that didn't cool but room had a balcony, road was a bit noisy. However, for the price it was OK. Kind of far away from the center but the free bike rentals make up for the distance. It’s a pretty quiet homestay, wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a more social vibe. Breakfast was good but pretty small, but I liked that they offered fruit shakes as a breakfast drink option. The place was really clean and nice and the AC was on the whole time which was awesome. Beds are big but mattresses are hard. Bathroom was really big, esp the shower area and it was really clean. Staff is nice but I wouldn’t recommend buying your bus ticket through the homestay because they charge you twice as much as it actually costs. Xem tiếp

On my arrival, I have been announced that my room is not available. I have booked De Luxe room which the reception claimed is not true. After showing my confirmation the owner Flower came to talk to me apologizing by saying person in room had food poisoning so they did not check out. I can partially understand this but this could be comunicated much earlier to me. Furthermore i was offered hotel 1.1km away from city, whicch was exact opposite i have tried to do and moved to a hotel i did not even booked. To save myself a hustle i took it. Offering me free bicycle did not relly do for me as firstly there was none in my new place and then when i mentioned this they said we ride you to other hotel to take one. I have changed 4 bicycles as they are in horrIble conditions. On my way back to hotel one completely broke and after contacting owner she asked me to if i could walk back. Not to mention she is he only one speaking eglish. I do not want to be bad massanger but this is what happened. Xem tiếp

I absolutely LOVED my stay with Flower .. she was so welcoming, helpful & attentive & helped us with absolutely anything we needed. we checked in early and because the room wasn't yet ready, instead of asking us to wait she moved us to an even better room at no extra cost! she assisted us getting our bike back when it had been taken for over night keeping, let us stay an extra night for the same rate and always had a smile on her face! flower we will never forget you & your amazing hospitality. you are an amazing person and we will definately be back to visit you!! ❤❤ Xem tiếp
