Rooms are very tidy and some are big (back side, with 2 beds). Very kind receptionists (woman in daytime and man in nighttime). Comfortable beds. Very quiet. 2 rooms per floor. 5 story high. No elevator. They can help you carry your luggage. Wifi is very unstable. You do get a connection but no activity, especially in the evening. Very frustrating. No free water. Minibar in the room. The sheets of the bed of the were dirty and clearly not changed from the guests before. We complained and received new sheets, but no apology or anything. Changing sheets from guest to guest should be a normal cleaning standard. Xem tiếp

Clean room and bathroom with airconditioning. Beds were comfortable. Too bad about the City view they promised (walls of surrounding buildings). Would stay there again though. Staff was helpful. Xem tiếp

Great location - very accessible to almost every tourist place in Saigon like the Ben Thanh market, War Remnants Museum, Post office and the church. The staff are very accomodating and helpful - one even helped us order food delivery when it was raining so hard. The room is so spacious and almost have everything like those of luxurious hotels. One thing that's been a struggle to us was the lift - this hostel has no elevator and our room was on the 6th floor. Overall, 9.5/10! Xem tiếp

its, clean, everything works fine and its quiet. location is great with a park out in front and within walking distance to Bui Vien and other places in town. Only downside is it doesn't have a lift, if you don't mind this , then its a great place to stay for that price. Xem tiếp

It seems it is newly renovated as I can still smell new paint on our room. Anyway, the rooms are clean and spacious. Clean bed, fresh towels, and toiletries were provided. The hotel staff, Pally was friendly and took care of our needs from scooter rental, directions, advise, etc... Xem tiếp

I have stayed in many hotels in this city, and found this one to be the best in its price range. It’s perfectly located for tourists; near to the airport bus stop, many restaurants and cafes, and a few mins walk to Bui Vien Street. It’s just off the main road so that light sleepers like me can still get a good night’s sleep. The room was large and very clean, and the bed comfortable. Excellent value for money. It’s a shame they don’t offer breakfast but I would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

This accommodation is situated in a very good location. The room is maintained and very clean, the only problem you have here is NO ELEVATOR. I was assigned on the 6th floor of this 6-storey building, you know how it feels to walk around the stairs coming from a long tours. Xem tiếp

Didn't realize I didn't get charged from Agoda and end up paying extra from what I expected from the original price I booked due to currency conversion and credit card charges. Overall still acceptable but I found an unused condom under my blanket on the first day of check in. Locker doesn't have instruction on changing the passcode so it sticks with the default "1234". No lift available so it will be a bit tough for travelers with heavy luggage to climb the stairs. Xem tiếp

Was actually put up in Bloom 2, room 501 - a deluxe double. The room was large, with good air-con, a good bathroom with a glass enclosed shower stall. Lots of toiletries given. Hotel in good location. Would definitely stay here again, in this room. Xem tiếp

The staff is always amazingly helpful for any questions about the area and have gone above and beyond for any requests I make. Friendly receptionist. Located in a small alley away from the noise (street, bars, etc.). Rooms are nice. Stayed in 2 different rooms (401 (double) and 402 (triple). In both rooms, the big bed mattress was finished (feeling the springs) and in the double room, there was a strong odor of cigarette. Xem tiếp
