This place really surprised us. We are a group of 4 and we got a room for 5 people and our own bathroom. The best part is that it felt like a hotel with no bunk beds in our room. The staff is really nice and they make everything very easy. One lady gets pushy about booking with her. It's a bit much but we still enjoyed our time. Oh yeah and they give you bikes ($100,000 deposit) and that gets you everywhere you wanna go. Xem tiếp

Location was good if you want a quiet place between beach and town. 10 min bike ride into town, 20 min bike ride to beach. House itself is beautiful. Traditional style, carpentry everywhere. Air con is strong, bathrooms large wet rooms, well put-together. Beds comfy, rooms roomy. Wifi is strong in rooms. The woman who keeps house is an older woman. She knows one English word ('no'). The owner (?) is a middle aged woman who drops by every few days. She speaks strong English, is opportunistic. Will charge fairly high rate for laundry, will get commission off of (certain) tailor shops you go to. I asked about getting massage, she said, no problem, I asked, how much, she says 200k dong. When masseuse gets there, lowest price is 250k dong. She says, not my business, I didn't know... but when I go to pay... guess who the money goes to? The owner. Bikes are one dollar a day, but starting to fall apart. No maintenance was done the 1.5 weeks we stayed, and when busy on weekend, no bikes to borrow (all in use). And the older woman keeping house can't communicate well enough to help us get more. I suspect, had we tried, we could have found similar places with someone who could communicate better for a similar price. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay at Hoa Hung. The room was very comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and helped me a lot with booking tours or what to do in hoi an. By bike its just 3 min to the beautiful centre of the old town of hoi an. Xem tiếp

It was ok. Good breakfast, large room. But bad wifi and pretty noisy (restaurant next door, busy street and our room was next to the kitchen). You can rent a bicycle or motorbike. The owner isn't always there and is the only one who speaks english. It is about 20-30 min walk to the center. Xem tiếp

We had a great stay here and I would defiantly recommend it. The lady running here is very gregarious and happy to help where she can. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable, the cleanliness was superb! But as usual there is a but, it was a little far from town on foot but by bike no probs, our room Was on the. second floor overlooking the restaurant next door which was noisy until around 10:00pm so it was OK (unless you want an early night). Then there was the water pump that made a racket but she showed us how to turn it off at night, so again no problems, finally the owner will help you out with things like hiring motorbikes etc but if the prices were a little too much we just told her we could get it cheaper and she always did a price match. So the long and short of it is a definite thumbs up and if I go back to Hoi An I will defiantly stay there again. Xem tiếp

It's a little bit away from old town but still within walking distance. Very clean room and bathroom, towels. You can rent a bike for 1$/day. I enjoyed my stay there. Xem tiếp

Great stay, would definitely recommend to other travellers -- we treated ourselves to a private triple room for about the same price as a dorm and it was lovely! Xem tiếp

The owner is very friendly. The location are near the Ancient Town and you can go there by renting the bikes of the homestay. The room is clean and I am impressed with the wood decoration on the ceiling and the wall. The toilet is also very large and modern. However, if you plan to go somewhere else after visiting Hoi An, I suggest taking a taxi to the Hoi An Bus Station and then take a bus, don't use the bus that the homestay suggests, the quality is not really good.
