It was our first trip to Hanoi, and the awesome staff at HC Old Quarter View House made sure that we had a pleasant time throughout our stay. They readily answered all of our questions and were so, so friendly. We couldn't help but chat with them every time we came back to the hotel even after a tiring day of going around the city! They were so helpful with everything, we didn't even mind the climb to the 5th Floor. To those who are looking to book this place, you have to note that they have no elevator, but the warm welcome, clean rooms, and amazing staff more than make up for it. Xem tiếp

We actually stayed here twice, altogether 3 nights. A lovely wee place with wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, bed was comfy and Wi-Fi good. TV channels good also. Only problem we would have is the lack of soundproofing. The windows and door are thin paned glass so noise is abundant from outside and the hall. Would still stay again though as everything else was perfect. Location is perfect also as just around the corner from the cathedral and lake. Xem tiếp

Hotel sympa dans une petite rue mais qui est bruyante (comme toute les rues du centre d Hanoï), le personnel est adorable et n hésiter pas à vous guider ou vous donner des conseils. niveau isolation sonore c est pas terrible. L espace petit déjeuné est très petit 2 tables au rez de chaussée, donc ça peut etre la queue la matin. Xem tiếp

혼자 2주 베트남 여행하면서 가장 기억에 남는 숙소. 체크인 때부터 지도 펼쳐놓고 현지인만 알 수 있는 가게나 여행 팁을 차분하게 알려주셨고 3박 하는 동안 친구처럼 편하게 이것저것 챙겨줘서 정말 감사했습니다. 그리고 시설 완전 깔끔하고 다 새거라서 덥고 습한 하노이에서 쾌적하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 심지어 채광 잘되고 건물 마주보는 구조도 아니라서 창문으로 매일 밤 달도 봤습니다. 엘리베이터 없는것, 조식을 먹는 곳이 1층 로비인데 테이블 2개뿐인 것만 빼면 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 한 층에 방이 한 개뿐이라 조용하고 안전한 느낌이에요. 특히 혼자 온 여자 여행자에게 추천합니다. Highly recommended hotel in Hanoi. Everything is new, hygienic, staff friendly, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. If you don't have a problem climbing the stairs, go here without fail. 住了四個晚上，飯店位置雖在巷內但很好找，距各大景點都不遠，每天有提供現做早餐選項雖不多但很有誠意，每一個工作人員都非常親切貼心，無論你有任何問題都能詢問，飯店硬體設備先天就比較老式，所以會有些門不好開關，有些浴巾類洗乾淨了但可能年份較久了還是會有些泛黃，沒有電梯但工作人員會幫忙提上樓，適合較早睡早起，ㄧ早就會有許多人開始活動的聲音 Xem tiếp
