Trên cả tuyệt vời
Dù chỉ nghỉ lại một đêm, nhưng tôi khá ấn tượng với Hậu Giang Hotel. Toàn thể nhân viên, từ bảo vệ lễ tân đến phục vụ phòng đều niềm nở, tiện nghi và vệ sinh đủ tiêu chuẩn. Vị trí tương đối tốt cho dù đường Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa hơi nhỏ, bù lại ks có hai mặt tiền.. Tôi sẽ ghé lại Hậu Giang Hotel trong chuyến đi Cần Thơ lần tới.. Cũng vì vậy tôi sẽ không ngần ngại khi giới thiệu với bạn bè có dịp ghé Cần Thơ. Xem tiếp

Perfect place to explore Can Tho for 3 nights.. Love Can Tho because it's easy to walk to Eat street, night market and evening river strolls. One of the bigger rooms we had during our Vietnam trip. Only negatives is spotty wifi (works fine in the lobby) and an ill fitting tub. Useless tub dropped in an existing shower stall and it's not installed properly, making it musky. Plus it's ackward to get in and out of the tub. Xem tiếp

Unpleasant and tense for a number of reasons: . Avoid room 502-503 because they are right under the terrace restaurant! Chairs and tables get dragged for hours into the night over your head. Extremely noisy! . If you travel with your hired driver and car, the hotel does not provide accommodation for the driver as is customary for most hotels in Vietnam; the parking space is not free. Very lukewarm help is provided but did not yield any result. Another stress added to the trip. . The staff does not really care and will not go out of their way to help. At most, they will say: "Don't know, sorry!" And we can communicate in Vietnamese! So this is not a language barrier. Xem tiếp

The hotel was very satisfactory. But the outstanding feature was the staff. They were very helpful. I was having difficulties contacting the place I was traveling to next. The reception at the desk spent alot of time solving my problem. They saved my holiday. I am very grateful. Xem tiếp

We booked a family room with an additional bed for our stay. I was expecting the room to be crammed because of the extra bed but it was surprisingly spacious. The pier and the night market are a stone's throw away from the hotel and there are a number of local restaurants and roadside stalls in the same vicinity which makes it very convenient for travellers. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast as there little food left after we returned from our early morning river cruise to the river market at about 8.15 am. It would have been good if staff had exercise a little bit more initiative to offer guests a bowl of hot pho or an omelette when the other food have been depleted. Despite the disappointing breakfast, I would probably still choose to stay at Hau Giang again. Xem tiếp
