This place has a nice ad. The rest is nothing to be desired. Checked in found. .bathtub cracked water leaking from tap with no shut off. TV not good reception...requested to change room and not available till.next morning. Entered second room TV not working AC not working agent said "YOUR ONLY HERE FOR ANOTHER 6 HOURS...FINALLY 3RD ROOM WAS OK BUT LIGHT NOT ALL WORKING. BOTTOM LINE...IF I NOT NEED TO SHOWER OR WATCH TV OR GET A COOL ROOM ...THIS PLACE STILL DOES NOT MEET THE PRICE IT CHARGED FOR A SINGLE NIGHT. Xem tiếp

Their staffs are helpful and the security guard even help us take the luggage across the road while we leaving from hotel to airport. The bus from/to airport just stop at opposite the hotel. Xem tiếp

NO power point at bed side for travellers to charge handphone. Toilet also have NO power outlet for electric shaver. Can also do some improvement now by adding a roll of say 3 points of power point. Xem tiếp

Not a value for money experience. Apart from its location within the city centerm, everything else is less than satisfactory - poor amenities, no breakfast also included in booking, got to remind them to replenish toiletries.... leaves much room for improvement in basic services. Xem tiếp

I did not stay there as we got there to find they had overbooked and we did not have a room, they took us to a hotel 3 doors away then left us and that hotel wanted us to pay 11 dollars each extra. not much but we said no as we did not book that hotel so then like she was doing us a favor she said she would pay, if she had not overbooked or even let Agoda know there where no rooms we could have booked another hotel NEVER AGAIN Xem tiếp

The Ha Trang Hotel acctually good for whom looking budget hotel, but for shooping not so good, becouse verry far from that place. i just stay there only couple hours.then i check out and looking anothers hotel. Xem tiếp
