We got to the reception counter and saw two receptionist with a unwelcome faces and they asked for the passports when we showed them the passports the continued asked for the visas just like when you are at the immigration desk, I did not bring with me because I am travel a lot and I never asked for any visas from no hotels in VietNam. We have a lot of things that we did not like from this hotel but one thing for sure you will regret if you book for this hotel. We stayed there only 2 hours and we made a decided to move to another city (Long xuyen city) and get another hotel to stay. Xem tiếp

We've got a big room and within a 5 min walk you are in the center of ha tien. We just spend 14$per night - therefore absolut perfect.breakfast was typically vietnamese - pho soup and other warm things - suits perfect for us. But maybe somebody would miss bread european breakfast. The staff is not really into english - but who really is that in Vietnam? So everthing works fine! Xem tiếp

The worst hotel in our 19 days Vietnam! - There was a big cockroach in the room. - The windows can't be closed seamlessly but with a wide gap. - I booked a suite (39 sqm) for two adults and a 5 year old child. But booking with the agoda mobile website, I couldn't state the number of persons in my booking. The reception didn't want to check us 3 in, but only 1 person as stated in the booking. Luckily, I wrote in the request box we are three persons sharing a double bed, they gave in reluctantly. - WiFi connection is instable and poor, can't even use the search engine to check any travel information. - There were no bedsheets, just a bed cover! - The common area smells stale. In all the years of travel in S/E Asia I have never really come to a situation to complain with justification, when consideration is taken for conditions and price. But a meal I had at the Hotels restaurant was the worst in 15 years, this is a meal that costs 10X more than on the street, but a tenth of the quality. I give them the benefit of doubt as B/Fast was nothing to complain about.Maybe I was the victim of a bad day. Xem tiếp

This hotel is in a great location in the centre of town just over from the river. The room we had was nice and clean and large with a hot shower and complimentary toiletries. The TV had a reasonable number of English language channels. Breakfast wasn't great but edible. The staff speak very little English so communication can be a bit tricky. Xem tiếp

The breakfast in the restaurant is not catered for European taste. Other than that, as well as we could communicate with the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, and organised bus tickets and visas for us. Rooms clean, and we were able to check in at 8.30 upon arrival, which was great. Would recommend. Xem tiếp

L'hôtel est très sale, les moquettes sont pleines de taches, la literie est à la limite de la propreté et les salles de bains sont dans un état de délabrement avancé. Le personnel ne parle aucune langue étrangère et ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre. Le petit déjeuner est lamentable, En résumé un établissement à éviter ! Xem tiếp
