So before we start. My partner and I have been travelling south east Asia for 6 months. This is easily the worst place we have stayed. Please check out my other reviews to see I do NOT normally complain. Where to start. IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP do not stay here. Upon arrival check in was very delayed. The front was being renovated meaning no one was there to check us in. Eventually a woman came and asked how much I had paid for the room then led us to one of the smellyest and damp rooms I have ever been in. Then a man who worked there had the worst cough and was sweating profusely. He walked up and down the corridor all night coughing and splutering. So much so that he walked outside (which happened to be right outside our room) to be sick as he was coughing so much. At 2am a load of people in the lobby were shouting and chatting. I walked out to see what was going on and there were a load of people in the lobby Safe to say the didn't get the best reaction from me. To top it off they have dogs out back that BARKED all night. Then every now and again they would let out this almighty squeal where I presume they had been hit to shut them up. Then at 5am the cockerel started. The man continued to cough (this is February 16th 2020 meaning Coronavirus is on red alert) the dogs were barking and we couldn't breath due to the damp on the room. The bathroom is a public one meaning EVERYONE downstairs uses it. You are meant to take your shoes off at the main entrance but the bathroom floor is SOAKED with goodness knows what. There were loads of mosquitoes in the room. The staff would shout to each other across the hall all night. We have literally slept for half an hour on and off and are doing the Ha Giang Loop this morning. Unbelievable. Someone mentioned in the reviews that they believed the reviews to be fake as this place looks pretty good on agoda. I agree with them. I will be putting in a formal complaint to. We booked 2 nights but stayed only one..when we arrived owner looked very nice and offer to us refund but we agreed with premium breakfast instead..we got breakfast as everybody else..they been taking care of our luggage while we been doing 3 days loop what was very nice but when we came back she seems too offended to everybody there who cames back after 3 days and was waiting for sleeping bus to Sapa...also she booked ticket for us what is nice but looks like a bit overpriced..as we paid 280 and guy from other hostel offered to us the same bus for 220 Xem tiếp

I've spent 3 days in this hostel during chinese new year. Maybe no the best moment of the year because many local people are on holiday and is difficult plan tour or travel around Ah Giang. you can eat tasty-healty food but if you want to book buses is better go to an agency ;) Xem tiếp

Really disappointing: - reviews a mostly fake, as they don’t reflect at all the situation (manager was not there just a computer gaming employee with little to no English skills) - Pictures are fake, kitchen is closed (no food in the evening even though it’s supposed to have a restaurant) and breakfast only consist of bad bread and eggs - They was a big bucket with fire in the corridor next to our room and our room smelled like smoke during our entire stay - bathroom was really filthy - the so called “meditation” room was more of a storage room - staff is not motivated at all, even a tea was too much to ask (even though it’s called “Tea house” - room was as advertised - overpriced considering that we could have got a way better place for cheaper. Hao is a wonderful host. You can really feel at home here and she will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Facilities are clean and the bed is comfortable with good quality bedding. I really liked the the yoga/meditation room upstairs as it was nice to have that extra room to yourself. Breakfast was basic but good with great coffee. Highly recommend this as good place to spend time especially if you are on the northern loop. Thanks for having us Hao and we wish you the best. Xem tiếp

Very nice hostel with a spacious dorm room and good location. Hot showers. It had only just opened so a few little things to be sorted. Eg, breakfast took 1 hour. Xem tiếp

מאחורי ההוסטל נמצאת מסעדה ששוחטת כלבים בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות!!!! שומעים את צרחות הכלבים כמובן בהוסטל, לנו זו הייתה חוויה מזעזעת שגרמה לנו לצער רב. חשוב לציין שבעלת ההוסטל עצמה אישה צמחונית שצר לה מאוד על המצב. ישנם חדרי דורמס וחדר אחד עם מיטה- שאר המתקנים משותפים. רמת ניקיון נמוכה. Xem tiếp
