Fairly dirty and cramped facilities, attracts a lot of weirdos (perhaps because of the low price), lots of better hostels in Old Quarter district! Xem tiếp

Located in the old quarter, just next to the busy bars area - good if you want to party and be close to restaurants and shops. Only down side were few things in the room, has very little isolation for the noise, was not properly clean and heating wasn't working. Staff though was super friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

I arrived late since I had a late flight at around 2:30am. So i slept on the 3rd floor room and it didn't had AC just electric fan I was feeling hot because of the weather so I was wearing sports bra. He woke me up at 6:30am demanding for me to sign something (I assumed). I asked him go ahead because I wanted to put on a too but he didn't until i joined him at the reception. He couldn't speak English and wasn't clear that he wanted my passport. So I had to go up and get it. Some of the staff wasn't friendly too. I will never book this hostel ever again. Xem tiếp

BED BUGS!!!!! We were there for less than two hours and got dozens of bites. We tried to talk to the manager but he was extremely rude and refused to say anything, just walked away after we had been waiting for him for more than half an hour. Besides this, the place was average to bad. The beds looked pretty clean but the bathroom was disgusting. Deffinetly NOT what you see in the pictures. I definetly DO NOT recommed spending one night here. The money you will save staying here you will spend washing your clothes and backpack to get the bed bugs out!!!! Xem tiếp

the need new windows. hygiene doubtful, cramped dorm full of backpackers. very good location , but you will rather want to walk than wake up at 7am because of the noisy neighborhood. Xem tiếp

When we arrived we struggled to communicate to the staff that we had already booked a room. They were very rude and unhelpful and spoke barely any English, we didn't expect fluency but in a hostel we expected basic communication or at least a friendly face and we got neither. When they finally took us up to our double room it looked nothing like the pictures, the door was stiff, the shower was broken, there were stains up the wall, there was no remote for the aircon etc. They told us breakfast was on the ground floor at whatever time. We went down at 9.15am the next day and were told breakfast was on the roof. We went up there, followed by the staff member who said breakfast was over! We then were asked to move to a different hotel as they needed to 'fix' our room which we agreed to hoping it would be better. They walked us there then left us but we struggled to explain to the new hotel why we were there. Our room there was better but very basic and we couldn't check in for a few hours. Also, they lost some of our laundry. We were really disappointed as we always use agoda and always trust reviews. We really don't understand why this place got such good reviews. Avoid it like the plague! There are much better places to stay. Xem tiếp

The staff at this hostel never had any idea what was going on. We were asked at least 5 times a day which beds we were staying in/when we are checking out/etc. Saw multiple people get turned away who already had bookings because they were overbooked. The place is also the size of a box. Would not come back. Xem tiếp

I booked and payed room from agoda and when i got there they told me it was fully booked that they dont have bed for me. I have no idea how this happened. But they sent me to another hostel where i didndt have to pay extra. Xem tiếp

This hostel is really small, placed in the old quarter. The rooms are clean and the staff is just lovely. They helped me plan my days and gave me tips about the best restaurants and sights in town. Xem tiếp

The staff was not very friendly at all and harsh to me. She made faces when I asked for help and direction. I also think they charge too much for dirty room and tiny dirty bathroom/rest room. Xem tiếp
