Vị trí khách sạn ở khu vực trung tâm Hà Nội, nhưng nằm trong ngỏ nhỏ ô tô khó vào. Phòng hơi nhỏ, thực đơn ăn sáng ít chọn lựa. Tuy nhiên nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình và ở mức giá như vậy là quá tốt rồi. Xem tiếp

The accommodation is worst with un-funtioned air-conditioner and television. The rooms totally can hear the next door voices which lead to very uncomfortable night. Various excuses for facilities such as the towel could not be changed daily due to festive seasons and the WiFi is been shut down before I even checkout. Nevertheless, the staff not being friendly and its totally not recommended to stay here. Xem tiếp

We have booked for two rooms on Agoda and once we arrived at the hotel and there was no room for us. The hotel is kind enough to let us share the room. My colleague and I have to share the room reluctantly. No refund was given by the Hotel also. very kind of them. Xem tiếp

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 boys, but replaced by 2 separated rooms due to the previous guests had not checked out yet (I didnt meet any guests). faciclities are ok. Xem tiếp

Very unclean and stained bed sheet . We felt it was not changed and room was not cleaned properly. Agoda has made mistake by providing us 2 single beds for our family ( 2 adults and 1 child) . We request for change but was not entertained. Stayed 2 separate nights in same hotel but regretted a lot. Rooms were very small and congested. We do not recommend this anyone. This is our first stay in Hanoi. The Hotel manager gave me rooms upgraded without fees. It's very nice to have such a hospitality in a new place. I'll definitely come back this hotel when I come to Hanoi. Xem tiếp

We booked a standard room but have an upgraded to deluxe with church view. it's very comfy bed and nice view . Quiet room even have large window. We loved their breakfast with many choice from Vietnam to Western style Hope to stay here next time . High recommend Xem tiếp

Church Vision hotel is very nice , quiet hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly, they show us a lot of thing to do, to eat and to see in Hanoi Old Quarter. Located in the heart of city, just 2 minutes to the Cathedral, 5 minutes to the Hoan Kiem Lake. We would love to return here because of the friendly staffs and comfortable room. Xem tiếp

I traveled with 2 other friends to Hanoi and we stayed in this hotel. A warm welcome was given by Peter to us and he helped us to find out our tour for the next day. When we were checking out and heading to Halong Bay, Peter allowed us to park our luggages at the hotel for free. Once we got back to take our bags the next day, we asked them where we could change our money to VND and the staff took effort to ride us on his bike to the shop directly and got our money changed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near a beautiful church and explore the Old Quarter area by foot. Kudos to the exceptional customer service! Xem tiếp

hotel tres bien situé, personnel vraiment sympa et agreable Chambre filiale : le menage laisse à désirer, la douche fuit et je n ai pas osé me mettre pied nus dans la douche, petite fourmis partout Wifi de mauvaise qualité, seulement 2 tables pour le petit dejeuner donc il faut souvent patienter. hotel bruyant Je pense qu il y a mieux à Hànoi pour le prix Xem tiếp

J ai logé dans une chambre familiale. Bonne clim, frigo appreciable, grande chambre spacieuse. Bon quartier. Probleme de propreté, draps pas clean et sol sale, chambre bruyante donnant sur rue et avec le clocher de la cathedrale, et bruyante cara réception résonne (gens qui parlent, rentre t tard, tephone..) Quartier sympa, à 2 pas du lac et du night market, personnel très sympa et au petit soin. La chambre était vieillotte, j avais un doute sur la propreté des draps, des petites fourmis partout, et une clim qui avait du mal à fonctionner ( du coup on a laisser tomber, nous ne l avons pas utiliser) Nous avions une chambre standard et franchement 1 nuit cela m a suffit! Le petit dej est à la commande ( pas de buffet) donc un peu d attente et pas super top! Pas beaucoup de palces, seulement 2 tables ( s il y a du monde, il faut patienter) Xem tiếp
