Can not say more in praise of their reception staff. Travelers inevitably come to some trouble spot, you will be lucky to have the kind of assistance from their lovely staff. 장점: 관광지와 가까운 위치, 친절한 스탭 , 깔끔한 숙소 단점: 창가있는 방의경우 엘리베이터가 없이 계단이용해야함(4층)까지 , 주말에는 밖에 소음이 심할것 같음 나는 체크아웃 후에 다음날 3:30비행기를 타야해서 짐을 맡기고 호텔로비에서 1시간 동안 기다리고 택시타고 공항에 감! 짐보관해준게 너무 좋았고, 직원이 작은 선물도 챙겨줘서 너무 기억에 남음 First of all, I want to thank the staff here. I was so sorry that I couldn't tip the staff because it was a low-budget trip. I stayed in for 2 days and 1 night. I loved the location and there was a restaurant called Bunbo Nambo right next to the hotel. A female employee by day and a male employee by night guided her at the desk. Breakfast had buffet and choice foods and I ate rice noodles with chicken. The food tasted good. The next day I kept my luggage after checkout, and the staff told me to come and rest at any time in the lobby. I was so happy that I could be recommended for the food that the locals eat. I was waiting for a pre-scheduled taxi at around 23:00 the next morning because it was a plane. The woman in the day tried to provide pick-up service, and I said there was a taxi Xem tiếp

This is a great little hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter so easy to get about by foot. Me and my husband were greeted with welcome drinks & were made to feel right at home by the lovely, friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable & had all of the amenities we needed plus a great shower. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi :-) Xem tiếp

The room was small but it was clean including bathroom. Although the hotel is not so soundproof but the other guests in the hotel weren’t too loud so it was no problem. Staffs were super nice and the breakfast wasn’t too bad. Rather satisfactory that you can order hot food with this price. The location is very nice since it is right next to Hoan Kiem lake. Despite a very small hotel, they are very attentive and pay attention to small details which make us smile; we checked in on the Christmas eve so they have Xmas card with chocolates, welcome drink and snacks, city map in the room, personalised cute wording on our breakfast plates. Breakfast quality is very good considering its area and price, pancake tastes real good! We also received souvenirs upon checkout and the staff came out to see us off at the car. The hotel is very trendy indeed. Room is beautiful and clean. Staff are helpful. Only comment is that agoda did not mention that the room i booked is in the 4th floor and no elevator. This hotel is an absolute gem. Great central location. The staff are always happy to help & look after the guests incredibly well. The hotel is very clean & the buffet style breakfast offers you a wide range to choose from, including ordering eggs in many styles to be freshly cooked. The spa is good value & very relaxing. The hotel is excellent value for money in a good central location close to all the tourist sites, museums etc. The staff at the front desk are lovely and really helpful. This hotel is an absolute gem. It is situated close to a lot of tourist interests and is in the heart of the old quarter. The staff are an asset, nothing is too much trouble. Always friendly, polite & happy to help. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is buffet style but you can also order egg dishes to be cooked fresh. The service at this hotel is incredible. They are so kind and hospitable. From the moment our cab pulled up out front we were greeted and brought inside, given a fruit drinks and snacks as we checked in and then had our bags carried to our room for us. Perfect stay at the hotel. Service was just simply top notch. Each staff was attentive to the details, speaks very good English, and very responsive to requests. I couldn’t ask for more! (This is after staying in a few hotels during our trip in Vietnam, and in Hanoi.) The amenities in the room are more than sufficient( we even had grapes and their local sweets) in our room. The room was generally spacious, and bedsheets and pillows were all well fluffed and clean. A big thank you to all the staff, who helped make our stay so comfortable, and especially to Ms Nga who was so responsive to my emails as I was trying to book a last minute room after taking an overnight train from Sapa. Thank you Hotel Trendy for a amazing stay. Your kind and friendly staff were always there to assist and made our stay so very enjoyable. Always remembering our names and even writing our names on our breakfast plates . We felt like family and you helped organise our daily trips with very helpful hints.
