We got a room on 5th floor advertised as “with window” but it was really badly kept (stains, wires from walls). When complained we got a nicer looking one but without window. Anyway 22 usd for that kind of rooms feel excessive. Very nice hosts, good breakfast. Xem tiếp

The room and bathroom is big Was clean, there are shampoo and soap . The receptionist is very friendly , some time a little crazy (funny) haha.. but is a very good person . The breakfast was good , not to much option but free coffee and fruit . The hostel is quiet , especially if you need rest . We booked one night by Agoda , and we wanted book one night more , but in the hostel the prices was a little high , but the guy kept the Agoda price . Xem tiếp

The room was ok, old style but all the essentials are in it. The breakfast was perfect, you can drink as much as you want, there is a kitchen that works aa a self service area where you can drink coffee and tea all day. The staff was really very nice and tries to help you with tour recommendations and bookings (of course to book with them). The hostel is located in a perfect position in the Old Quarter of hanoi. Restaurants are all close with a lot of choice, next to the hostel you can find also a nice place where you found craft beers from all around the world. Xem tiếp

Hanoi Travellers Hostel certainly has seen better days but the room is clean and comfortable. This place offers much more than a 'hostel' normally does - spacious room, bath tub with hot shower, toiletries and air-conditioner. The breakfast was good. This is a place of good value for money. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. We were expecting a proper hostel but what we got was far more a hotel. A slightly dated but very spacious room with a double bed and a big private bathroom with bath and shower (just need to bring a plug like we did). It was a lovely quiet stay yet your 5 minutes from the lake and right in the middle of the old quarter. Next time we are back in Hanoi we will definitely make a trip back to here as the price is excellent and the owner can't do enough to help! Very happy travellers! Xem tiếp

GOOD LOCATION, but cleanliness are poor, facility and inside the room are awful. Especially the toilet and the bedsheet. Both of use get bites by bedbugs and we request to change but no more room and also never change the bedsheet for us. But they said it has changed. Poor things is both of us wear long sleeves n pants to sleep but still get bites. Its disgusting... Xem tiếp

Location is ok... the bed bugs was terrible, both of us get bitten by it all the legs arms, neck and back. We told the receptionist to change the bedsheet but they didn't change it. The toilet got big hole on the wall never cover by brick, inside with taip and look scary while u shower. Hair dryer need to ask from receptionist only they will provide to you. The breakfast is simple. Fruits, eggs and crepes. Dirty.... Xem tiếp

We had to stay on the fifth floor, which wasn't the best. But the staff was awesome - my sister was not feeling well one of the days and he saved her some bananas from breakfast, some water, and made us some tea in the afternoon. He booked us a 1 night/2 day *aggressive* itinerary in Sa Pa which went very smoothly (we got dropped off at the airport in Hanoi on the way back from Sa Pa). Before our overnight bus to Sa Pa, we had already been checked out for 10 hours but the staff lent my sister a dorm bed to rest, as she was still feeling a bit ill, and also let us shower before the bus ride. Finally, the location is pretty unbeatable, in the middle of Old Town. I'd recommend this place to any travelers in Hanoi on a budget. Xem tiếp

we stayed here for 2 nights and the location is excellent. The staff are really helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They organised our trip to Halong Bay which was a really good deal and helped arrange our onward travel on our return even though we were no longer staying there. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else. Xem tiếp

private rooms - beds are comfortable, bathrooms are old and stained but functional, shower curtains are moldy and should be replaced dorm rooms - beds are hard as rock, bathrooms are also old and stained, toilet seat is cracked staff is great, very helpful and friendly. location is very good, in the old quarter. breakfast is good.
