We had a very comfortable and quiet stay here which we found was hard to come by in Hanoi City. Very close to the train station so perfect for in between transit. Kind and friendly hosts, lots of good places to eat near by. Xem tiếp

The location couldn’t be better. All the points of interest are close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the WiFi works fast. I can’t think of anything bad. You get a very good hotel at a very cost effective price. Xem tiếp

This hotel is great! The host and staff are amazing! They make sure you are well taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and they always offering you more coffee. We were there for three days and had to go back for a second stay. Hanoi can be very chaotic, but they made us feel right at home. Xem tiếp

It's very surprising! The price is very reasonable! The hotel is very good location, busy area, but the room is quiet enough for sleep. You can eat and drink there anytime. every price is reasonable! Moreover the owner and staffs are friendly and helpful, truly hospitality! Ming Phan Xem tiếp

These guys were up at 3am when we arrived, well asleep in front of the door which is great. :) During breakfast and anytime we needed help they were there for us with a big smile. Guy at the desk is a legend. A really nice guy. Breakfast is awesome. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Nice location too! Xem tiếp

A good choice for budget travellers, very friendly staff, airport shuttle dropped me at the corner just a minute away, area is lively even at midnight with some restaurants open 24 hours. I was with two other friends and stayed in their family room. It wasn't the Ritz, but it was comfortable and a real value for money. I love the staff. Even with the language barrier, we got stuff done easily (travel arrangements and food requests, for example). One of the best things about Hanoi Street Hotel is the street life. Every morning (and one evening), we sat at a table and chairs set at street level, in front of the hotel and ate breakfast from there (and one dinner). I got to feel the laidback rhythm of the city. People watching at that place was also a peek into the old-world culture of the Vietnamese. Quite profound. The hotel is in a location accessible to most everything. Walk, ride a taxi, or cycle, you'll get to your destination within Hanoi in no time from the hotel. It's a simple but great hotel. I'll book myself in there when I visit again. And again. Xem tiếp

In a great location in 'food street' near the action of Hoan Kiem but not in the tangle of touts downtown. The street is mostly pedestrianized so quieter than most and the huge number of local eating options very varied and cheap. The room was fine - standard if a little small. Nice and clean with enough hot water, fluffy(ish) towels, and strong reliable wi-fi. They have a router in each room so you can use cable if you prefer. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Mostly variations on eggs and toast + coffee and fresh fruit. The manager is a good guy. Helpful and honest with his advice and not trying to push trips to Halong and Sapa onto you. The rest of the staff are the great as well - a friendly, helpful and pleasant. A good hotel in this part of town and recommended. Xem tiếp

The towels are replaced and room thoroughly cleaned daily. Breakfast menu include traditional food ordered from the nearby restaurants. The location is great- very close to the old quarter and can walk to many sights- yet not noisy. It is surrounded by local restaurants. Xem tiếp

Great value hotel. The location is good for exploring the Old Quarter while not being too close to all the noise and chaos. It’s located in an alleyway, so there are no cars driving by. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. I recommend checking out the railroad cafe. They have fantastic egg coffees and beers for a good price. The staff in hotel are kind and friendly. The main guy working while I was there spoke great English and was always smiling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. AC works great. Shower was hot and the bathroom was clean. Beware of the shower drainage though. I almost flooded the room after having a shower and letting too much water seep towards the drain under the sink. I enjoyed having the desk and the lounging chairs. The view from the 7th floor was cool. Lots of window space to let light in. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Overall, a great place to stay just outside of the main part of the Old Quarter. Good value for your money. I would stay again. Xem tiếp
