Khách sạn nằm gần khu phố cổ, đi bộ tầm 10p sẽ tới được phố Tạ Hiện và 15p để tới khu phố cổ. Phòng ốc hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhưng do phòng mình nằm phía trong góc nên wifi hơi yếu, sóng điện thoại có khi không có luôn, nên mong khách sạn khắc phục điều này. Nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ dễ thương, thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng không phong phú lắm, nhưng nêm nếm được, ăn khá ngon. Xem tiếp

I so love this hotel! Very unassuming but you'll be surprised by the rooms. Rooms are big with very comfortable beds. Everyday it is cleaned. Every staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good and delicious! Xem tiếp

This was our second stay at the Hanoi Stella Hotel and because we had a little more time we were able to ch3ck out the location and enjoy breakfast on the 9th floor with a great view over Hanoi. The staff had remembered us( by name) after our first visit and we were welcomed back almost like family. The balcony room we had was pleasant and the balcony area was quite spacious. The bathroom was colorful and clean and the breakfast had a good a la carte menu to choose from. There was a bus stop directly across from the hotel from where you could catch a bus to the airport.Bus no 86.Fare 35,000 VND per person.On the day we left it took 40 minutes to get to the International Airport. We only stayed for one night but were happy with our stay.Nancy on the front desk was not only helpful but funny as well.We did not venture far from the hotel but found an eating spot a few doors down from the hotel.The room was clean and had the biggest bed I have ever seen! Do not expect a luxury standard of hotel with full facilities. It is a decent hotel at the heart of old quarter. Less crowded, quiet and peaceful. Factors that voted them above others: - well maintained - Super friendly staff - excellent service - heart of old quarter - near to French quarter - near to the lake where most activities are - English speaking - opposite express bus #86 @ Vnd 35,000 to airport Stayed there for 4 nights- get to know other guests and staff too. the Staffs were friendly although at the first time they brought us to the wrong room at the first floor without window which we were booked with window. But we told them and they immediately changed to the right room. The breakfast is ok. and there is a bus 86 to/from the airport right away near the hotel with a few walk. Xem tiếp

very good location next to everything, the #86 bus stop to airport just in front of their hotel, suit for every guests need to catch the early flight price is really good deal and staff is very nice, i drop off at night bus fm SAPA, they let me check in with 50% extra price which is makes sense at 530am room is clean, enough hot water, not like the other hotels i stayed with more cost, hot water only last 10mins, Xem tiếp

Very friendly and helpful staff, even hold an umbrella over us when it rained on the day we booked shuttle to the airport. Reasonable price for the airport shuttle. The family room with balcony is huge and comfortable. Plenty of clothes hanger provided. Bathroom basin has plenty of space to put things. Shower facilities are also one of the best ever experienced. The only cons would be the room safe, which is not attached to a wall or anything, meaning anyone could have just lifted the thing and carried it away. Xem tiếp

this is so-so hotel room but i would say it is expensive. but considering the area was in a very good location we were just happy to stay here. room was huge and with balcony overlooking the busy street. beautiful new room with comfy bed. would recommend for travellers needing a 1-2 nights in Hanoi or waiting for flight. We stay 1 day/nights at the hotel. The location is very convenient to start a day tour. A lot of local eatery and mini-store nearby. A front desk lady help us book a day tour with reasonable price. Overall a get services provided. Xem tiếp

Stayed at Hanoi Stella Hotel for every night we were in Hanoi because the staff and environment was so great. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to pack us breakfast during our morning trips, hold our luggage for over three days, and made sure our stay was amazing. The location is also great if you want to try authentic Vietnamese street food. Being right next to the old quarter, there were plenty of nearby options for great food stalls and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place with a decent breakfast, amazing bed, great staff, and nice location in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

The hotel location is perfect to go airport by bus. And great thing is all hotel staffs are very friendly and professional , provide endless hospitality. They provide all of information what we need and even wait together airport bus with us!! We traveled 15 days for Vietnam and this hotel is absolutely best!! staffs are kind. They borrow us the aeon fivimart member card for us. walking distance to fivimart to buy snack as souvenir. got discount with this member card. housekeeping has good service. They help to exchange/add toiletries everyday! breakfast is good enough for 3 days, it will repeat the same on 4th day. But i choose chicken noodle everyday. ^^ walking distance to 36 streets. my room is not facing city view, so it is quiet. Air cond is cold. We took bus 86 to airport after breakfast, and the bus stop is just in front of hotel. you should try this great hotel if you are still searching. Xem tiếp

Amazing staff!! They were helpful with procuring various modes of transportation, contacting friends and with maps of the downtown area. The location to old town is great. Walking distance to either puppet show, night market, the lake and a range of shopping options. My birthday happened while there and from kitchen staff to bellman, housekeeping to receptionists wished me a happy birthday. We felt welcomed and at home. Breakfast buffet was yummy with a choice of two made to order options from a list of choices. Their breakfast area is on the 9th floor with a view of surrounding area-so fun! We stayed in the family suite, our room was cleaned each day with bottles of water, coffee and tea replenished. No cons at all. We’ve already shared the hotel information with friends as our stay was so lovely. Xem tiếp
