Chủ khách sạn rất hòa đồng, thân thiện, phòng ốc tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Do khách sạn nằm gần quán bar nên về đêm hơi ồn, đồ ăn sáng đơn giản, phục vụ hơi chậm. Xem tiếp

Nhân viên trực lễ tân đã có cách trả lời thực sự rất không dễ nghe khi chúng tôi thấy cốc cafe pha sẵn để trong phòng ( cốc cafe theo chị đó nói dùng để khử mùi). Sáng hôm sau khi chúng tôi ăn sáng cũng chị ấy mang bánh mì + 1 hộp bơ đã dùng hết cho tôi ;)))). Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhưng khăn thì quá cũ và đã tưa sợi hết. Và thực sự rất ồn cho đến gần sáng vì mấy quán bar bên cạnh đó. Xem tiếp

Manager Lilly and all the team did everything to make us happy. They help us booking our trip to Halong Bay, calling our cabs, printing a document and even offer me a birthday cake for by birthday. That was super kind! Breakfast À la carte all you can eat are amazing and coffee super good. Rooms are big and clean with good bed. The down point is something the hotel as no control. There is many clubs in this area and it seems there's no regulations with noise permitted. (doors can be opened and they can be opened all night some days). If you're young and want to party very late I suppose it's cool but if you want to sleep well it's problematic). Lily explained us the hotels and community asked the government for some rules). I sincerely wish them good luck to get some improvements. Thanks again to all the team you were fantastic with us. Xem tiếp

I'm totally satisfied with facilities and service here. Location is convenient, takes less than 10 mins to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, staff are very nice and let customer feel comfortable. I will recommend my friends to stay here if they travel to Ha Noi. Xem tiếp

Nice little hotel at the prime location of old quarters. Rooms are bit small for that price but it's well compensated by the helpful staff and awesome location. Just in front of the hotel , there is an array of street foods to devour . Staff is so courteous , started with welcome drink , provided details of places to visit with a handout map ( which is common for hotels over here). They even packed our breakfast for our journey to Halong bay. Breakfast is less in option but great in taste. We stayed for one day . Highly recommend. But do opt for a bigger room. Xem tiếp

Me and my frens had a nice breakfast every morning, well done chef! In additional, they also provide variety of choices for breakfast and not in buffet style but short order cook. Highly recommend this hotel if you can stand/sleep under noise pollution at night as the pub just next to the hotel Xem tiếp

The welcome you get at this place is exceptional. Lovely drink and fruit on arrival. Bags carried up to your room. The staff couldn’t be more helpful with organising trips etc for you. The breakfast was the best we had in Hanoi. You pay a little bit extra than the basic hotel in Asia but the service makes it worth it. Only problem I had was the marble bathroom tiles were very slippery when wet and I did fall and hurt my arm but nothing serious. Would definitely recommend this place to couples wanting a nice hotel in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

The hotel and staff are good except the noise pollution. Disco till 3 am life from your room, very busy pedestrian street during weekends. Not a place if you plan to rest or intend to sleep before 3 am. Xem tiếp

We stayed on Friday night. The street outside the hotel was bustling with activities. The noise from the band playing along the roadside was very noisy at night and can be heard loudly in the room. But we were too tired to care after return from Halong Bay Xem tiếp

Staff i.e. Crystal, Kelly & Tom were very kind and obliging. They assisted in every way i.e. book Grab, breakfast reorder of another helping as well as carrying luggage bag, press the lift. Convenient location with plenty of food and little shops though road is narrow Xem tiếp

1. The location is strategically located to many of the local eateries, the beautiful lake, convenient store and not far from mall. 2. Staff always greet and make you feel welcome! English is ok. Sometimes a little difficult to communicate though, but still consider OK. 3. Could have improved on their ice provision service. Sometimes they ran out of ice which I have to go out and buy my own ice. But this is very minimal issue, still, could improved on this. Overall it is value for money, staff is good and the breakfast is awesome! We love the pho (Vietnam beef noodle). Well, it is a little bit noisy at night, but it is actually bearable. I had trouble getting to sleep on my first night, after that it was all OK. Xem tiếp

Room was clean & bed comfortable Breakfast was good and substantial consisting of local food, eggs and pancakes. One thing which deserves special mention was that I saw a customer coming in early and though can’t check in yet breakfast was offered to him. This is good service! Xem tiếp

I travel for work and vacation quite often and this is one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff takes care of everything from transportation to luggage. They helped me book bus tickets to go to the Ha Giang region. And the breakfast is excellent, as good as or better than all the tasty food in the area. Xem tiếp

I m using a wheelchair and the front of this hotel has three little steps but there were always someone helping me and soon you inside the hotel there were no problem because they have elevator. The room was incredible andthe breakfas was fantastic. The thing that make this place deserved more than 10 stars are the staff, Han the manager always make sure we got everything that we need and Ling the reception also very helpful and gave us lots of tips and information about Vietnam and the amazing Kelly was superb all the time. We also exchanged our money here and the rate was very good .definitely will come back to this hotel if we ever visit Hanoi again Xem tiếp
