I stay there for 2 days. Everything is okay and value for money, breakfast provided every morning with local bun, fried noodles and fried rice (taste not bad). Besides, they help to change new towel everyday. Just the only bad things is the toilet is not so clean. Xem tiếp

To be walking distance to so much, have so many big windows that open, clean room, friendly and helpful staff - it is really great. I read some reviews complaining - but it is not a 4 star hotel. Location is great. Everything is washed. Staff are honest, friendly and helpful. This area is very popular. Everything in the old city is more expensive than outside Hanoi. Overall good experience, place was clean and at a walking distance from the attractions. They kept our bags while we travelled to Cat Ba Island and Ninh Binh. Ms. Van was very helpfull to inform us about the attractions and buses. Xem tiếp

it is a hotel with a good balcony,so i got a chance to sit on the balcony to drink coffee,read a book and see the sunset. i will say if you do not want to live in the hostel,you could just pay a little more to enjoy big bed,free breakfast and own shower room. they also sell some travel package,so you dont have to worry the future travel plan.the staffs are good and honest, they returned my extra hotel fee payment since there are too many 000 on the vdn...:) Xem tiếp

The hotel is excellent located. Nice and clean rooms. Ms. Van was very kind and professional. Unluckily there was a rude and unpolite white customer, who causes trouble. I really Hope Ms. Van won't be harmed because of this guy, because he was really hard to handle. If this person is not going to pay his bill, I sincerely offer to pay half of the money he ows, as Ms Van does what she could. Sincerely and thanks for the confortable bed, Eduardo Rizo I'm serios. Unfortunately wifi was not working for the first night and next day, but they did remedy. The breakfast was pretty poor and was put off by the cockroaches running around in the breakfast area. Room was large and bed ok but room noisy as at front of house. Staff very friendly. Xem tiếp

We visited this hotel becouse its really good price and location. We arrived quite early in the morning, so it was really nice, that we could early check in absolutely free of charge! Even we got some "welcome" fruits. Room was nice and clean. Staff very helpful and also nice. Now the less happier part. In the bathroom didn't work the light and hot water. Dishes were filthy but breakfast wasn't that bad. Sky Hotel is good choice for backpackers who want to save some money and don't require exceptional services. Xem tiếp
