The beds were pretty good, but the bathroom was really uncomfortable. The lock did not work properly and stuff was just not clean. There was a fridge in the room, that was nice. The stairs were very small and the common area had no atmosphere whatsoever. However, the staff was really kind and they spoke English very well, up to a level that is quite rare in Vietnam. Breakfast was reasonable, bread with scrambled egg, we've seen better tho. Xem tiếp

Unfortunately, after a night of rain, our room on the top floor leaked quite a bit. We asked to change rooms for the rest of the stay, which the owners allowed us to do. Good value, but the place is a little shabby. Xem tiếp

Most of the tour guide can pick you up in this hotel. They provide toothbrush, towel and breakfast. The breakfast start at 7.30am. very happy to stay at this place. We stay at level 3, the stair is narrow, abit hard to go up. Xem tiếp

Only one staff can speak english. You need to go to uplevel by staircase which is very narrow. Quite dangerous. The sraff prepare breakfast, toothbrush, and towel. Xem tiếp

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Nice place in the center of the old town. The rooms were big and there is a nice hot water shower. Employees were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very basic but enough to go for a couple of hours. Only thing that could have been better was the cleaning of the room. Xem tiếp

You get what you pay for! The staff were excellent and the room was surprisingly quiet for the location. A/C worked great. We did not have breakfast here but it was available. Walking distance to everything! Would stay here again. Xem tiếp

The location is perfect, it's near the lake. You can find almost anything you need. Restaurants, travel agencies, money changers, etc. The staff, Ann was very helpful. She went out of her way to check me at the 4th floor if the wifi was already fixed. For those travelling with huge luggage, don't take the rooms on the 4th floor as there is no elevator. Overall, if you are a budget traveller, then stay here as I would do again in the future. Xem tiếp

The more I travel in Asia, the more I like staying in places like this. The guest house is more of a traditional home, with large rooms. Indeed the guest house is surrounded by other apartments which are residential, so its interesting to see how the locals live. The room itself was large, clean and simple. It had a large hall area and large bathroom/shower area. Location is a short walk (5 mins) from the lake. Surrounded by street food and coffee places etc.. everything you need is close by. Great value for money considering I got my own room for the same or less than what I paid for some hostels. Xem tiếp

Hanoi Sincerity Guesthouse was a great place to stay especially when you are in a budget. You really get value for your money. It's right smacked in Hoan Kiem Lake and a really good starting location to wherever! It's fairly clean but the TV/fridge is old but still functions well. Their free breakfast was good too! Xem tiếp

Based on my experience staying at this motel in Ha Noi, it is considered the worst in Vietnam. Their blanket is a duvet. The one in my room had a stain the size of a lime that the motel staff claimed as wine instead of blood. The replaced duvet also had a stain which looks like blood but smaller. For my first night, the A/C unit was not cold and only blew air. They had the unit fixed for my second night, but it broke down again on the third day. From morning to evening, my hand towel was not even dry due to the humidity in the room. Neither of my requests were granted when I asked to stay in a different room or motel since the staff stated, "Repairmen are off during the evening." When I brushed my teeth, I would gag because of the urine stench rising from the drainage hole. I was mortified to use their toilet unless my stomach ached badly. Be cautious of staying at a motel that is cheap with only positive comments without pictures online. Attached are pictures for your review. Xem tiếp

The room was spacious but not clean at all (cockroaches dead and alive in the room..), the bathroom was SHARED with other people (or with the staff?) it was actually outside the room and people were using it and taking shower in it. Not bad for the price though. Xem tiếp
