Khách sạn báo 14:00 nhận phòng nhưng khi khách đến đã linh hoạt đồng ý cho nhận sớm hơn. Tôi đi đi về về định thuê lại chỗ này nhưng giá tiền nhảy liên tục là điểm trừ đối với khách sạn này. Xem tiếp

The best breakfast we had at a hotel. Hot dishes are prepared as in a large restaurant. The choice is very wide, with an exceptional buffet. Our room was also very nice, big and comfortable. My wife and I went to Hanoi for two days, which was extended to 13 days, on the second day my wife had a heart attack and died 7 days later, during that time and after, Tony the manager was so helpful, nothing was too great a problem for him, and if he didn't have the answer he would find out. Hotel very well located. We were upgraded to a spacious family, It was so quiet, which is very significant in Hanoi. We only spent a few days there but we keep an excellent memory. Before I went to Hanoi, I chose a hotel with a swimming pool and kitchen but when I arrived it was not there. I feel cheated but there was nothing I can do as I already paid. Location is okay near to the lake, night market and also to a halal restaurant. The Old Quarter area is congested with a narrow road and too many motorbikes coming in and out. The hotel staff are so nice especially Lily and Tom. They arranged for my transportation to and from airport and also my trip to Halong Bay. Suitable for budget traveler but not suitable for family. Serendipity is very well located at the edge, thereby avoiding the central crowd. For a 1st time visitor of Hanoi, I would consider it as ideal location - for a 2nd time visitor, I would try to go out of the tourist area. - breakfast very simple with very small selection, but well prepared local food (good vn soup and fresh fruits). For this price category, it is the best you can expect. We were happy. - room was rather large, a bit outdated, basic - considering the price, it was on the good side. - cleanness not great but also not bad - I would say, it is what you want to expect from the price. downside (the only real one) …. by accident, I had a look into the basic kitchen …. let me a bit uncomfortable Overall, apart from what I saw in the kitchen, it is a good value for the money. This hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter. No pool, and the rooms are narrow (as are most buildings in Hanoi) but the friendly, helpful staff and central location more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a clean room in the heart of the action then this hotel is perfect. Xem tiếp

We stayed there for 4 nights, but the thing is every 6:30 in the morning, we will hear a loud noise doing some construction stuff. We wanted to sleep longer but the noise is very irritating. Also we also experienced a noise during 11 in the evening, where all of the guests were already sleeping. The good thing about this place is the location, the staff were also accommodating. Xem tiếp

The hotel is in the old quarter and therefore perfectly located! Within walking distance of all the attractions, the market, the restaurants! Despite its location in the old quarter, the hotel is very quiet and is not noisy. The room, bathroom and bedding are very clean. All toiletries are provided. This is our first stop on our trip to Vietnam. The reception is very nice, the room is correct and we can communicate in English. The hotel is 2 minutes from the covered market and in less than 10 minutes you are on the shores of the lake. The breakfast buffet is completed with a dish of your choice.
