No WiFi, no hot water, no western toilet, no shower, no towels, no air conditioning, no sheet to cover and can not speak English. This is my worst experience during the trip. It is not close to the airport and costed me the round trip taxi 30 dollars. Xem tiếp

Every time i left my room they asked when i check out and what is my room number same happent when i come back to my room. I just feltet that thy just wnted my moneys and get quickly out of me. The i booked them bust ticket to south and check in was 12 midday and my bus picked me up there 6pm. And they asked full price of the room for extra 6hours. The locatio was good and the room was clean. There was some counstracting work going on when i was there so the voices comes to the room very nousy but tey dont work evenings Xem tiếp

A satisfactory stay with adequate facilities. The room was okay but the sink plug couldn't be opened so had water fill up in the sink. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff were quite surly but they do their job well enough and I was grateful that they looked after my bike. Xem tiếp

Great location. No towels supplied. There were toothbrushes, soap, and shampoo so maybe they forgot???? I didn't question it and left it alone. Pricey on the tours as we found out checking other places. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Xem tiếp

Was a good stay, room bait small and bed bait stiff, the aircon makes bait of noise cos its old, but plus point the staff speak English so you have no problem asking them about stuff, they are generally very helpful as well, this hotel is in the middle of the busy street so getting around for food is definitely not an issue. After reading excellent reviews about Hanoi Rose Hotel we were looking forward to this accommodation. My first concern was when I was advised (via a transport agent) there was not a booking in my name when they delivered tickets to Hanoi Rose, scary when you are about to check into a Hotel. Secondly, avoid room 705 at all costs. The room was damp due to limited ventilation and the worst of it was the hole in the door fixed with masking tape. This unfortunatelty made noise throughout the night (keeping us awake) as the wind blew through the hole. Disappointing (other than location) there is not a lot of good comments to be made regarding Hanoi Rose Hotel. Xem tiếp

This hotel is in the old quarter and well situated for wlaking around town. The staff were very friendly and helped us with every question and request that we had. Breakfast was enjoyable and when we asked for fresh baguettes in the morning this was no problem for them. Xem tiếp

hotel has good location - in Old Quarters and very close to Hoan Kiem lake, and quiet enough. The staff is very friendly and helful. Once we got problems and notify them, they try to fix it quick. The room with balcony is good size and nice and clean. Few things I did not like about this hotel are: 1) Shower in rooms with balcony or rooms with windows are very inconvenient for guests. We cannot stand up taking shower or water will be all over everywhere. 2) Water is not strong enough. 3) Toilet can be blogged easily. Xem tiếp

The room we stayed in was basic but large and comfortable. It was close to the main shopping street as well as all the cultural attractions. The staff were very helpful and let us leave our luggage at the hotel while we went on short trips to Sapa and Halong Bay. Breakfast was average but adequate. The hot water switch is outside the bathroom. Don't forget to switch it on! Xem tiếp
